We Love Katamari REROLL+ Royal Reverie - Lots of Friends - 300 Friends (100%) [WR] (Pre-Patch)

This one is a real challenge. Definitely get the 4 moles and the 2 tsuchinokos while you're small. Paying attention to totals here can be useful, but the problem is that you might take too long clearing areas one at a time. You can see how little time I had left for the area with lions, giraffes, elephants, etc. Even less for the monkeys.
I'm not sure anything important disappears, but getting smaller items early is generally a good idea. They'll be more difficult to see and accurately roll up later.
The biggest issue is the draw distance. The video says it all. This level is probably the worst example in the game. It's fun to roll up animals...when you can see them, lol.
UPDATE: The patch released on 8/8/23 fixed the draw distance in this stage (and others, according to the patch notes). My post-patch video for comparison: • We Love Katamari REROL...

I just remembered about 3 Katamari games that I know got removed from the store, katamari amore, tap my Katamari and that one endless roller Katamari game

I don't think animals would disappear after growing up, but the draw distance did cause a lot of problems

The smallest ones will be more difficult to see and roll up with accuracy at a large size. But you're right: I'm not sure any of them actually disappear as you grow. I'll try to clarify the description, though I suspect it will remain a hot mess. Like the draw distance.
