Before watching any of these, I was at about 730. Most of the ones I was missing were bicycles and tricycles near the lighthouse. I'm so glad I finally watched these because I never would have figured out the key to the whole thing:
**You must climb up on top of the ship and get the Tire Barriers (stacks of tires), starting with the white ones, before 3m. Otherwise some of the white ones will disappear and you'll have to start over if you want 100%.**

the white tires can be collected later after the update, however you have to grab additional tires before getting too big now

Your strategy is way different than mine. I still think it's weird that you have to be at the ship before 3m to pick up the missing white tires. Other than that, well done steel!
