It's definitely unusual to see you anywhere else but your room with that wooden desk, otherwise, here are some ideas I suggest:
-This video was recorded on an old iDevice
-This video was edited on an old Mac(book) or iDevice in general
-Video recording on the iPhone 2G/3G (Cycorder tweak)
-Exploring Whited00r 7.1
-Forcing a MacOS version on an unsupported Mac

The only idea I would do is video recording on a first-generation iPhone or iPhone 3G just because the other ideas are made by many other TH-camrs.
