As someone who has long dealt much in graded popkemon and yugioh cards this was a great video to listen to and you made truly great points, as I mentioned, I'm brand new to this TCG, just collecting because I think it's so cool and underrated, but it's fantastic to hear these views from someone who actually has graded some of their FFTCG cards, because it just makes your advice that much more objective. As it stands I'm just accumulating a collection of stuff from this game and doing as you suggested, storing safely, but I agree I'd love grading to one day be worth it for this game, it really deserves it :D

Would be nice to see an Update on this one in 2022. i think there are some more cards good for a grading now. Prices are going up. A-001 to A-004 could be gold.

Hey friend! So I am also planning on submitting some final fantasy cards for grading. I’ve graded lost if Pokémon but since final fantasy doesn’t have boarders I’m having difficulty determining centering. Any advice? Thank you for the awesome content!

Trying to look for a graded cloud and sephiroth to display with my corresponding statues, and man. So crazy expensive :/ And now in 2022 it looks like grading them is crazy expensive also.

FF tcg dont have any visible boarders front or back, so how do they determine centering?

I have bought a small wave 1 collection from your Ebay. I intend on grading those non-foils that "show" they are wave 1. How do you feel about grading those?

Only if you grade them for the same reason I did, which was for sentimental reasons. You'd have to pay 20 bucks per card if you wanted it back within 3 months. I think the raw card price minimum should be 250+ to make grading worth it in terms of financial returns. If you don't intend to sell the cards and don't care about the price differences between graded/ungraded, then it's entirely up to you!

Hi, i am a FF TCG collector. I have the complete OPUS 1 Wave 1 set in Foil and Normal (in German). And i have a bunch of other Wave 1 Cards also in German. I know they are not that much worth like those in English, but what do you think should i PSA grade them? And to be honest where can i do it? I have never done it before. Plus your FFTCG Videos are the best in my opinion.

Hey there, thanks for the support! =)
As to your question, watch the previous Card Chat for my opinions on grading FFTCG cards! My honest opinion is that you should not grade them, unless you are a hardcore collector and just want to grade them for display purposes. In terms of monetary value, it just isn't financially worth it to grade it yet. Especially since non English cards are usually worth around 1/3 of the English cards.
If you want to grade them anyway, I have another video on my channel that goes over the process. Basically, you need to fill out a form and pay a fee, and then ship it to their grading facilities. Depending on how much you pay, you'll get your cards back from within 5 days to over a year!
