About 5 hours from Vancouver, Penticton BC is located in the Okanagan Valley, south of Kelowna the biggest city in the region. Penticton is known for its vast vineyards, sparkling lakes, sandy beaches, mountain ranges, and some of Canada's warmest climates.
There's no better way to explore the beautiful Okanagan backcountry than to have a thrilling adventure with Okanagan ATV. We've been planning for this exhilarating ATV tour in Peachland BC for weeks, that even the record-breaking heatwave in Canada couldn't stop us. We had so much fun maneuvering the ATV through the rugged terrain of Okanagan that we were all covered with dust from head to toe.
We were so excited to try one of Canada's most iconic spots for lazy river tubing. Penticton BC is home to one of Canada's best lazy rivers, the Penticton River Channel, one of the best floating experiences in British Columbia spanning 7 km long. The Penticton floating river is between 1.5 and 4 hours long depending on the current of the river. During summer the river has a slow-moving current where you can easily spend half a day floating and mesmerizing the Okanagan scenery in this long, lazy ride. There’s no better way to beat the heat than spending a hot summer afternoon tubing down a lazy river.

Thank you for the wonderful video guys! I was born/raised in Penticton and proud to call it my current home. When I was growing up there in the 80's and 90's most of those now famous vineyards were mostly apple orchards.
The river channel is always a top priority every summer even for us locals.

So which one is more fun, the ATV tour or the Snowmobile tour from one of your previous videos
It’s almost the same experience and could have been done on the same routes. From the two that we’ve done, the snowmobile had better views whereas the ATV was more fun to drive😊

The lazy river looks so fun and refreshing! I've always wanted to try that. But am also concerned about the fishes nibbling on my toes 😅 There's also a river float downstream from Snoqualmie Falls near me. And now I know to bring an umbrella! Your Italian at the end was spot on, by the way 😉
Haha! Max was super scared of the fishes, I saw them just by the stairs to the water just hanging around. Maybe waiting for toes to nibble on 😂

@@NatandMax Oh my goodness. Two words: Chef. Tony. It's incredible. The resturant in Richmond is sooo good. We have been dreaming of eating there for a year and a half 😭😭😭There is also a fast food version at Metrotown (it's good, but it's not as nice and doesn't have the full menu). Food Insider did a youtube video on chef tony if you want a look!
