Hey, can I get some help? Every time I draw a stroke with the tool, it puts the drawing BEHIND my object, even with facing in the same direction, and it isn't flush with the object, it starts on the object and moves off of it in 3D space. I can't seem to get the stroke to stay on the same plane. Followed each step exactly, don't know why its not working :/
I watched this for the very last part and it was WAY too quick to understand what he did. “Apply some basic noodle material”.. I needed this part and it went too quick :(
I really appreciate the title says quick and that the technique and, more importantly, the video are actually quick.
I just started making a model yesterday and thought how to make wires and this helped A LOT. Will try it later

Why would I set the bevel resolution to 9? Isn't that too much?
I was just using it as an example since I was just focusing on the wires and there was nothing else
