Mercedes doesn't make sports cars, but GT cars. You can also call it a muscle car. So not the best sports handling characteristics. Do stay focused Brandun:-)

This car is very cool Joe. Would I take this over a 911? I doubt it. Porsche just has the 'it' factor over this. I'd choose the Ferrari Roma over any other sports car today however. If given the choice. Great review here however Joe. I enjoy your channel. Thumbs up!
You gave an excellent explanation on the Dry-Sump Oil System. I also appreciated hearing about those huge Brembo brake calipers being able to stop time. Does that mean they are the true Time Lords? 😳
Dry sump also allows mounting the engine lower in the chassis because you don't have the oil reservoir below the engine. This lowers the center of gravity of the car.

But I would slot this below the Aston-Martin DBS Superleggera Volante and well above the 911 Targa, more of a grand touring convertible than a pure sports car.
