I think that the SLS is better looking than the AMG GT. Especially with the Gullwing doors. It had so much more presence on the road and that 6.2 sounds like nothing else

The doors were the only thing that disappointed me when they released the AMG GT. It's such a small detail but the doors just make it look so much more exotic and expensive.

TheSquid Jones It's a different type of car. The homage car was already built ... the SLS. The GT is not the $250,000 homage gullwing car, it is a more track friendly lighter car. Both had their own purpose.

I got to drive this car on a save track, it was part of a complementary track day for having an AMG( had the E63 AMG S-model) and I was and still am obsessed with this car, it is so good on the track, my car felt like a wobbly bus after driving this on the track...

The holes in the sun visors are actually a very clever thing (I think). In Germany traffic lights are on your side of the crossroads not on the other. So when you are the first car at one you have to look up to see the traffic lights. And when the sun visors are down the view to them may be blocked. In my car there is a small gap between the A pillar and the sun visor so i can see them, but those holes would make that far easier...

I think that he tailors the DougScore to the car segment. So even though the SLS obviously looks better than any Lincoln, he rates it in relation to other supercars.
I repo'd one of these from the bottom floor of the shagri la building in Vancouver. The owner had been arranged on money laundering charges in Chicago. It was stuck in such a tight spot that I wanted to drive it out before I hooked it up, but the battery was too dead to use the engine start button. I spent about 45 minutes trying to turn the car on before I found the tumbler in the center console 😂 at one point I even tried saying "ok Mercedes" good times
This explains why I kept seeing convoys of expensive cars near my old apartment in upland. I saw the CNC building on the freeway but didn't know it was this kind of dealer.
