    This is how it's done if ya have a lot of them to fillet. Yes you do miss a a little meat but it's a lot faster. That fish was obviously bled.That makes a better tasting fish and less mess too.

    Filet? I cook the whole fish and eat it until it’s a skeleton on the plate

    agree with the other comment here. wasted a lot of meat. man, no offense, but i don't think that's how filleting fish is done. better keep learning how to do it properly.

    You can see the white because you left a bunch of meat from a bad one swipe. I know it seems like I’m nitpicking but come on at least have someone skilled do it for a video. But whatever toadfish copied how g loomis rods look and are trash
