In this video, I'll be hunting a box of Pennies that is all customer wrapped rolls. I got these rolls from a trade with one of my subscribers Jim - after he told me that a couple has been bringing several wrapped coins to the bank and that he has already hunted one and it produced a lot of good finds. So obviously I was very interested and excited to do this hunt! The box was damaged in shipping and only had 45 rolls in it but despite the missing 5 rolls it was FULL of FINDS! I am thinking that this is either a collection dump or an attempt to help out with the coin shortage - hence all of the great finds. I'll be hunting for Wheaties, Indian Head Pennies, cool foreign coins, copper and any error or variety cents. When I hunt pennies I don't just search for Wheaties and Indian Head Pennies. I also am not just a Copper Hoarder either. I look for double dies, error coins, and other variety coins that could be hidden in the rolls. As you know - it's rare to find a super key date for any coin in circulation, so your best bet is to familiarize yourself with the error and variety coins as those are normally not as easily spotted and you can still find some GREAT FINDS out there. Keep hunting and good luck! That 36 is a DDO I seen it. I know it's too warn but if you look closely on the right of the one you see a faint re-punched 1 as well as to the right of the 9 which I noticed a really faint faint curve just like the one. Also nothing compared that hunt you had with I think it was 256 I think. The one where every single roll had almost 50 Wheaties in each I remember that video so well. I will put another comment for when I find the amount.
When you brought that '18 up.. I could have sworn it was a 1914 D as well! Literally, I gasped! And even after you magnified it and knowing it was an '18, several times to me, it flashed '14! Wishful thinking or light playing games... Thanks for the rush! Keep the hope alive! Super Nice Box Rob! Congratulations!
I heard a rumor from my grapevine, that silver going plummet in the next two years. People start dumping silver to make money instead of losing money keep your eyes peeled.
Hey Jim if your reading, that sir was really super cool of ya! Nice that u spread the love. 🎯 N Rob, that was fun! Going back home to have fun searching myself. Not going to be like this....nope...but just like this video just saw, sure is exciting 🤓 see ya next time n infinite blessings everyone
Am I the only person who at 12:18 was saying...."here a cent, there a cent.....everywhere a wheat cent"? Just watch, if you weren't singing it before, you will be now. Great hunt RFT!!! Thanks!!
I’m pretty sure your fingers are cut from touching the sharp edges of those blazing wheats.... “ oh just another common 1920s wheat “ ARE YOU KIDDING ME ??? doubt if I’ll ever see one in my life time jeez GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY WHAT A BOX thx Jim for sending and THANK YOU ROB FOR SHARING. Killer video 👍🏻👊🏻
What a great box! All of those shinys in the wheat! Irma and I pulled 135 Wheaties out of 10 customer wrapped rolls on our live stream a couple of Sundays ago! It was epic! All of them went to 2 lucky winners👍
That is a awesome hunt right there I sold a 1917 p d and s set to a guy the 17p was a ddo he sent in to anacs to get graded now I am about to list a bunch of beautiful pennies from 1938-1948
All I can say is.....WOWOWOW.....that was some kind of a good box. Love those wheat blazers. Like you always say.....can't get mad at that. Thanks Rob.
Thanks for another hunt. I bought 5 rolls of 40s-50s wheat cents from someone I know locally who personally hasn't looked through any of them. They run of those We Buy Gold and Silver type things. They also sell quite a bit of bullion when they have it, they are supposed to be getting a few hundred ounces of .999 tomorrow from a customer. Thanks again.
Loved how exciting this search was! Reminded me of searching a bank box I searched and found 50+ blazing 1960;s and 1970's cents. I had no idea what was happening but it sure was fun.
Wow Rob that was indeed a awesome box especially 5 rolls short. That 18 made my heart jump too. Thought I just witnessed something even more amazing than it was
What a great box of pennies! I certainly would say that some of those rolls were way better than buying "Unsearched" rolls off of Ebay for $6+ a roll. The coin gods are smiling on you today Rob.
My mouth waters looking at those AMAZING Lincoln cents and weaties. Plus, my collection would love some of those S mint mark west cents! Lol. Great hunt!!
I love customer wrapped rolls! I once found a silver half dollar collection dump in one the Customer wrapped rolled half dollar boxes I searched! I found 13 40 percenters and 1 90!
👍That was an awesome hunt! The upside to the “coin shortage” is the higher ratio of collection dumps. Those shiny cents were BU-ties indeed. Thanks for sharing. Have a good day @ all. 🙂
That was a crazy good box. I gotta say though, when you came across the 1929 wheatie I kinda lost focus for a while. I was thinking about my grandpa, who lost his job, and home with five children and grandma. All the stories of the hardships they endured back then. I pulled out of it, and enjoyed the hunt.
Thank you Linda for sharing that with me. Our grandparents had a tough upbringing for sure yet they still managed to take care of us. Thank you for watching and God bless you and your family.
It's been tough getting a box of pennies to hunt in my area, but I ended up getting 50 loose rolls from one banks as a pseudo box to hunt. I ended up getting one roll that had 25 wheat cents in it, and another that had 33 with a grand total of 73 wheaties. I also found two proofs, two king George Canadian cents, and two foreign cents. Nothing as beautiful as you found, and only as old as 37, but boy did that have my heart going

Where do you buy full penny boxes for face value, would I go to the bank?
This hunt was better than the wheat penny rolls I've searched! Not a surprise
With all those wheaties, surprised you didnt find the 1955 DDO.
That 36 is a DDO I seen it. I know it's too warn but if you look closely on the right of the one you see a faint re-punched 1 as well as to the right of the 9 which I noticed a really faint faint curve just like the one. You remember this video Rob the best box ever.
Hi Rob, it would be cool to see your whole collection. Something like a walk through of what you have would be cool.
Yes that would be awesome
yea
Old comment but yea I agree
@@Seeker-Recordings We got something close. Yesterday Rob showed us all the copper pennies he has ever gotten con roll hunting in a short.
@@ConservativeCoinCollector Yeah I saw it, amazing how many he's accumulated through the years of crh
8:55 Rob: "So far a good amount of wheat cents but no amazing finds"
*Sad 1924 S noises*
LOL - I know... not nice of me!
WOW, now that is having fun with pennies, what a box
Little did you know you would become the king of Mom and Pop Pennies! Lol
When you brought that '18 up.. I could have sworn it was a 1914 D as well! Literally, I gasped! And even after you magnified it and knowing it was an '18, several times to me, it flashed '14! Precious metals took a huge dip today!
I know i went to a coin store today 😊
By em cheap
$4.38 last I checked. My stack went down about $1500-$1600 in value today.
Probably some people selling off some of their stacks for profit.
I heard a rumor from my grapevine, that silver going plummet in the next two years. People start dumping silver to make money instead of losing money keep your eyes peeled.
I spent this entire video just drooling everywhere. Those shiny wheaties 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

I love all penny hunts.. hehe .. great box ... beautiful wheat cents ..
Now that's a box that keeps on giving. It definitely makes up for past boxes that didn't have a lot of finds. It's nice to see old shinny pennies.
Am I the only person who at 12:18 was saying...."here a cent, there a cent.....everywhere a wheat cent"? Just watch, if you weren't singing it before, you will be now. Great hunt RFT!!! Thanks!!
LMAO - just watched it and now I am thinking it!
Thank you Jim!!! Very enjoyable.

Man, I saw 1914-D too, and the well-placed add made me think about it for a bit. Well played. Haha!

I wonder how many more were still in circulation. I've not gotten boxes that good. Great finds!!
I wish I had amazing fans like you do.
Really enjoy your coin roll hunts. You cut out mundane rolls and hit the highlights.
