- Alright, time for the Extra stage! Pandora's quite intriguing boss, definitely in terms of patterns - I admire them, not gonna lie.

[ OVERVIEW ]
東方潮聖書 ～ Sapphire Panlogism is a fresh new Western Touhou fangame made by Team Urban Magic, released on May 31, 2021. Being in development for 4 years, it's finally here, with a ton of content to play.
Besides 6-stage maingame and Extra stage, one can face Carrefour stage (aka 2nd Extra) and unlockable Last Words. Additionally, Stage 4 Boss has different spellcards for each of the four shottypes.

[ DROPLETS SYSTEM ]
A special mechanism for Sapphire Panlogism - droplets and the whole system around it. One can call them borders, but they actually aren't - they won't give you additional free hit :v
On stages we have enemies with red, green or blue aura. Once killed they drop droplets of aura's color, with amount depending on enemy kind.
Collecting 10 of a given color will start a border (of color of collected droplets), lasting for about 10 seconds. Getting another 10 of other color will refresh the border timer (borders' colors gets then mixed). One can end it prematurely by releasing the shot button.
At the end of the border, all the items will be auto-collected, and the extra PiV and bonus score will be granted, along with resources depending on borders active at that time.
Red border grants 2 life pieces, green ones - 2 bomb pieces. Blue border grants 2 PiV items, each increasing total PiV by 1000. Mixing them results in bigger multiplier of bonus score (1x, 3x or 5x, depending on amount of borders active) and bigger resources reward (1x, 1.5x or 2x of them).
For the bosses, they also do have aura, which cycle between red, green and blue color. The moment you beat the spellcard, you get rewarded by 5 droplets of given aura's color, and equivalent reward.

[ MY THOUGHTS? ]
So, basically, there's a lot of content in the game, so expect a few more videos in a short timespan. Extra stage, Carrefour stage, Last Words, and Stage 4 spells differentiating between charas. Variety of stuff, really.
About the game itself, I feel like it isn't super difficult, yet Stage 5 and Padma are super tricky, which might be an effective LNN killer.
The system is really fun, actually rewarding aggresive play. If you go for score, then you have to be truly effective at managing these borders.
For the cons of the game, I have to mention bullet visibility. Some bullets are super small, many of them on the other hand - too bright, maybe being additive and blending with others. While I didn't have trouble with them blending with the background, it was for sure not easy to differentiate each other sometimes.
If you want to get a video from it - I'd suggest to record it live, just saying.
For the other things, I wish there was boss and/or nonspell practice. It would certainly make some stuff easier. I hope it will become a standard in future games.
All in all - a great solid fangame, with some minor issues, which hopefully will be fixed with another patch (supposedly they're working on it :V). And guess what - it's free. So, why not to give it a try?

Kanji? You mean the big bullets with Japanese letters in them, right? I have been wondering what they mean... There's like 3 or 4 in her spellcards.

Through the power of Wiktionary and my handwriting skills, there are some of the meanings (there might be word plays, but I'm NOT opening that can of worms)
申(the one in the thumbnail) - to speak, but also monke (I'm not joking, and that made me realize what this pun in EMS EX meant)
羽 - feather, wing and everything involving feathers in some way like that arrow end
声 - voice/tone of voice, but also means news???
鳥 - bird, or specifically chicken
東 - the kanji we all know and love in touhou community (the bird kanji is beloved in len'en one), meaning East and most things related to east! (Seriously, there are a lot of meanings to this kanji my lord)
祈 - to pray, to wish, some sort of divination in Nihon Shoki and covenant
水 - water (specifically the drinkable one) and flood
雨 - rain, but also blessing! Gosh, that card is actually pretty beautiful!
And no, I will not translate Kanji on the background, ask somebody on Reddit, they probably have a lot more time and would put a lot more effort here

What, my Marisa in my game is bugged and doesn't do any damage, is it because i don't have the effects turn on?
After A LOT of crying because I couldn't clear Extra with Marisa, yes. Please turn on all the effects. You can turn off the background I guess?
@@baoq.b2287 Man, i tried so hard beating the Carrefour stage with her but i just couldn't, after beating the extra and the main game in hard with bugged Marisa now i will finally be free of pain
Does anyone know how to fix the massive input lag in Danmakufu? Specifically ph3?
I struggle massively on playing Lunatic in most of the fangames due to them being on Danmakufu, which doesn't have an option to remove Vsync or do actual fullscreen instead of borderless windowed, giving them serious input lag
I feel extremely sluggish while playing due to this, and I have to seriously plan my bombs way ahead of time because with that input lag, deathbombs are a far off dream
Note: I've tried using Vpatch on it already, but it doesn't seem to work
Get the Dll, vpatch.ini, and vpatch.exe, even decompressing the game exe with UPX and renaming it to th_dnh, nothing changes
There's still the UPX error, and the input lag is still very obvious
Danmakufu ph3 doesn't have vpatch or anything like that. Basically all you're left is checking your GPU and PC settings. Anything like: having vsync turned on in GPU settings, using wireless keyboard, using older monitors with bigger input lag, can all worsen the experience.
Also, I'd advice next time to ask on Discord server or anything, TH-cam is bad as a forum like that, mind you.

I recently used AMD Radeon Software and it seems to have helped immensely, but not completely, so I guess I'm just gonna have to adapt
