So in a ranged 1 vs 1 (should be a good strongpoint of the Maus) it looses against a 6.3 vehicle, that also beats it in close quarters, so is basically straight up better?
That is why different earas fighting against each other are the problem.
Anything from its era, the Maus is very dominant, borderline OP, but for anything from a later era, the Maus is just a big, slow target.
The round not interacting with the jumbo is like seeing footage of Bigfoot when everyone has already seen Bigfoot irl.
I was trying to shoot down planes the other day
And all match i could see them bouncing off the plane but doing nothing
Then right at the end of the match a round went way ahead of the plane and blew it up

@@azmanabdula I have had the cl3243, the highest penning round at the time, bounce off the belly of a mi24....while he was pitched towards me and the belly wasn't even visible.
@@azmanabdula planes interact weirdly with bullets, even from other planes. Most of the times i can see the tracers go through the plane but not even hit, then i see them go either ahead or behind and instakill the plane.

@@azmanabdula cannons bigger than 30 mm in planes aren't precise (unless you're the German duck, ofc) so it won't go to the same spot twice almost never.

Always been one of my favorites, fast shooting, sniping, fast. Of all tanks I get statistic the most kills. Even when it was 7.0. It just not a tank for the front line, more like a support tank. Sneaking around valleys and low points.
@@Tbonyandsteak Yeah I agree, it's really good at sneaking around and flanking, it's quite small, fast, and the gun is pretty powerful when spaded
The light armor, no turret, and crew placement offer very little room for errors, though
3:05 to 3:26 that's literally like how 80% of duels end up for me in JPz 4 5. I shoot first and shell magically disappears or something and then enemy one shots me.

This was already always a favourite of mine. It has the Ru-251's BK90 gun and for a long time, the 4-5 had this highest reverse speed in the game. Love it!
I've recently watched Odd's video on "Iron Duke", a Comet I. He talks how it does better at hugher BR bc of heavy armour and spalling potential, and how it's got too much pen for lower BR battles. Interesting that this tank has it different, with the pen and all that, huh?

It’s a very fun vehicle, and it’s very good. I also think the Jagdpanther is pretty fun too.
I mean this is pretty much a turretless Leo 1 at 6.3. It chews up jumbos and anything with "armor meta". Plus its lower silhouette makes it great on maps with small hills and valleys. I love this tank lol
@@Copenhayden turretless slightly slower ru251 since it has a 90mm gun instead of a 105mm. But you got the right idea, it's a very fun vehichle.

While you have excellent mobility and low profile, the lack of damage really hurt this guy when most of the time he was facing fast soviet heavy tanks (and the absurd cost of heatfs rounds back in the day).
By far my most hated and painful grind where i dropped him right after spading, but after this video, i might give it a try again.
I really don't think it was ever that bad, even the APCR was a bit blown out of proportion, it was very mediocre but it actually had decent post pen. It was worse than the Ru-251, but it's still decent. The stock grind is was what killed it. The combination of lacking the proper mobility, thin armour, and a every mediocre APCR meant it was very hard to play.
Your teammates seem to have an aversion to capping the points once you've done the work.

Literally one of my favorite tanks in game; epic sniper for its 6.3BR. Utilize its magnification and range for safety. Anything closer than 800-1200ish meters is too close, unless it's limited by a smaller map. Stay hull down and throw death down beyond the horizon.

The first 3 maps of War Thunder were Demo maps to show the game off at games conventions. They were never actually suppose to stay into the main game. That's why they are so small.
I had some success with hesh the first few game I had, they can do one hit kill relatively often
the server replay shows the round hitting his track and exploding, the pen camera was the same though.
That jumbo death in the beginning was so terrible and dumb I got frustrated for him and had to pause the video

Edit: 19:52 "He's mighty close with that" He was _all over the place_ with that. Even when you were actually firing at him (and thus not dodging and weaving) no shots actually came close. Reminds me of me trying to AA in RB...I only recently really started playing RB instead of AB so I'm still learning to lead planes.
Right after i unlocked it they made the 90mm hesh stock ammo and i havent played it since. Its basically useless with that ammo. Hit a concept 3 flat in the side from 50 meters away and did no damage.
please play the FW190 A-8 on the american tech tree, it goes great with the m4a3e2 or mostly any tank but I would love to see how you play it and see how much fun you would have playing it

Using a specialist armored vehicle in WoT is simply nonsense. The KaJaPa and his teammate RaJaPa/Jaguar where designed for exactly one battle field (West germany) and for use in combined teams from pre-planned ambush positions. To be used by an army that trained where it would die.
As a single vehicle it does not work all that well.

Day 9: Do a BT-5/BT-7 lineup at 6.3. You can get to the objective before everyone else and side shoot alot of tanks. (M41 is 1 shot anywhere from 300 meters away)

@@AlexVanChezlaw wdym? I am only doing that now and I get around 3 kills on average along with 2 caps. And I'm not a good player, imagine how many phly would get. And that's only using the BT-7M, not the other BT tanks.
Edit: I always pray for an M41 to come cause they are 1/2 shot with the aphe round. And you can fit 2 shots into its one reload. So if you time it well you can get many M41 kills as alot of players use it as well.
3:20 the round teleported through the jumbo, turned around and tried to pen from the left side of the tank and then ricocheted back out on the far side (left side) of the jumbo. Wtf?!!
the problem is the canon and the cell for some reason it dosnt hit as good as the ru 251 one

i like the JPz 4-5, but yeah, the bouncy suspencion is a problem (just like all other german thanks), and the round is unreliable (just like all other tanks with heat fs, or any other round for that matter)

This thing go down to 6.3 is so pointless, anything can still kill it, it can still lolpen anything. It was used as a problem solver against murican/Russia heavy armor in 6.7 and beyond, bring it down to 6.3 only help the survival rate of 6.3 line-up in uptier match and extreme sniping maps with its Cold War zoom
Basically this tank is so good at petrating tanks it becomes bad at killing them

After nearly 3 years i rescued the endangered Maus... research in progress.. server not responding packet loss and alot of skidding so bad that when i let go of W i nearly spin 180... not even breaking if i do that then i come to a stop with my rear in the enemy's face got stuck on trees and rocks... my half tracks sinking into map.. The salt is real

18:20 This is why you don't fly the C-3. The Ta 152H is my favorite plane and I wanted to enjoy the C-3 so bad but it just can't do anything. Unless the enemy fighter is blind or in an overwhelmingly inferior energy state there is really nothing you can do but run away and push headons. It can roll but its turn is so bad even with landing flaps it will do you little good.
its basically a CAS plane with its HVAP rounds larping as a fighter (in ground rb ofc)
