    Hello Pavan,
    TCS claims that almost 100% of their employees are GenAI ready.
    However, the reality is quite different. TCS mandates that all employees must complete an Efficiency Zero level in Generative AI, but the truth is far from that.

      ​​Completion of some basic mandatory video courses also doesn't make one gen ai ready. Companies have to realize this, before publishing huge numbers as gen ai ready.

    Hi all,
    I had my accenture interview scheduled on 19th June 2024 at 11am but the interviewer didn't join, I waited for 3-4 hours in the meeting...no interviewer joined and the tech support couldn't provide any resolution. 😢
    Treating candidates like this is not fair. Atleast send an email saying interview is cancelled .

      oh!!!! I know a guy who joined the interview call and had to wait for 20 min. and the interview was finished in 10 min as the interviewer was in a rush..

      This is happening in Accenture since very long....back in 2018 it happened with me ....employees are really over- burdened 😊😊

      Take a piece of advice
      1. If you have initiated a call, then It's okay waiting for 5 min. Assuming you know the audience and it's a closed group call
      2. If someone else initiated the call and is both internal and external audience - be at least 1 min before call.
      3. Interview - grim situation - I've personally walked out after waiting for 7 min. It's my need but still I will not continue to remain on the call - but that's just me
      4. If you are addressing a wider audience - just give 1 min max.
      I may be completely wrong but it has always worked. Never repeat your point to late comers !

    With the growth and placing of GCCs in India, I think these IT services will close their shop here in India.

      it's not going to happen so soon. Only large scale companies have the capability and capacity to set up GCC in India. There are many operational challenges at the ground level and it takes big money. But yes the trend is evident. Still there are lot of small to medium level global companies which can take leverage of Indian IT firms. Also many companies having GCC in India still utilize contractors from Service companies because in long term it's cheaper to have contractual employees for fluctuating work eg Development

    There are lot of opportunities in Accenture
    But they have lot of work pressure that's the reason I ignore these company.
    If work-life balance not available then no mean for job.

    Really good analysis Pavan, if you remember, few months ago i commented that why dont you mention HCL in your videos this is what i meant, being an insider i can say HCL is different than other Indian players in certain ways and those highlights were missing because you were not including it.
    One quick request next month once the TCS Infy HCL Wipro results come pls make a holistic comparison analysis

    Reminder: 55000 trained on AI means that Accenture won't need those 55000 job position in the near future
    Thats what they might he telling in their board meetings

    Accenture called me 3 days ago. In short they are very Cheeky avoid all these big corporations! I am in the Uk am a contractor I said no I am remote and they very inflexible 4 days per week in London no one does that in UK also this is finance makes no sense all can be done largely or fully remote
    The big corporates is good for entry level only and pay was soo low for contractor. All these big names do not respect work life also trade time for small pay and want to trap top talent like us
    We won’t fall into their trap we know from other people’s experience please stay away they gain a lot of money by paying peanuts also take away all ur life and time so u are stuck to them be very careful big corporations are useless no care only money and manipulation may be good for juniors then leave them soon 😂

      The future is for people who are genuinely interested in a subject and are good at it. The rest mediocre students will earn mediocre salaries. Almost all fields are saturated.
      Dont do some course because some youtube commenter told you so. You have to have your own likes and dislikes.
