It's been 7 months here and i working as individual contributor i am not able to take a single leave here nor even sick leave i am in hospital i have to work. 2nd always expect from me to do work which is not been thought Such a resource crunch here nor they are hiring anyone expecting long sitting everyday now i have said no let's see today what he says I sometimes get suicidal thoughts too...due to such poor culture and boss

Hi pawan , My manager is harassing all our team mates and me too because of this i resigned from the job and got an offer from new job and currently serving the notuce period should i complain now to hr so that this should not be repeated further with other employees
@officercadre complaining about the wrong attitude of managers with proper evidence will help the company to take necessary steps and reduce employee churn rate . It depends upon the organization what corrective steps they will take .Suffering harassment in a silent way is also a kind injustice that you will do to yourself and others as per my belief

Its not easy to cutoff from work when you are diligent. When I am focusing on priority work, I don't even get proper sleep, I get headache.
