- Activist Kellie-Jay Keen has called for a “full apology” from John Pesutto after issuing the Victorian Opposition leader and the ABC with defamation concerns notices.
In her latest concerns notice against Mr Pesutto, Ms Keen accuses him of defaming her in both an ABC 7.30 interview, and in an interview with then 3AW mornings host Neil Mitchell.
In the Mitchell interview, Mr Pesutto said Moira Deeming had “associations, Neil, with organisations, with organisers of Saturday’s protest who have known links with Nazis, Nazi sympathisers, far-right extremists, white supremacists.”
Ms Panahi asked the activist if she would cease her action against the Opposition leader if a “fulsome apology” was laid out.
“Oh, I don't know how sorry can you be if it's not very painful? I would just like a full apology,” Ms Keen said.
“I would like his admission that he didn't do his due diligence. Even when it was shown that he was talking utter nonsense, he just he stuck with it. He stuck with the lies.”
Moira Deeming should also take legal action against The ABC as they continually label her as anti-trans.
