I am not old enough to go through the menopause yet but I do know other trans women who have gone through it. Remember that the oestrogen in our bodies make us into biological women so our bodies work in the same way that cisgendered women's bodies work.

My second cousin is transitioning to a "man". She's changed her name, dresses up as a man, is on hormone tablets & has a moustache now. I'd really like to know who exactly has been influencing her because she used to be so feminine, when she was growing up she'd play dress up with her grandfather who indulged her in letting her put ribbons in his hair & what have you. She's also had a baby. She had no problems being female until the last year or 2, so this toxic trans movement has probably convinced her to do this & I fear it's going to wreck her body, especially as she ages.
I was thinking the same, though my dtr was 16, definitely influenced by peers. It was so Overnight, plus Covid at her dad's, on her phone 24/7.

Pam is correct, she's an expert who's been around a long time. McCall is famous for being on tv etc. No such thing as celebrity, that's just a social construct. No celebrities, no 'stars'. Just people, often arrogant, often rude, who do a job for which many are paid obscene amounts of money - which in turn often turns them into insufferable creatures.
Very few, such as Keanu Reeves, remain humble and un-star like. Ironically, that kind of makes him a star, although not in the accepted sense of just for being famous and well paid.

Part of the advertising blurb for Davina's book stated 50% of people go through menopause! That was point I knew I would not be buying that book. I'm a women who has suffered with poly cystic ovaries. When I was supposed to start puberty my periods stopped and my body naturally started pumping testosterone everywhere. I Gained loads of weight along with horrendous hair growth. Severe pain and mental health issues to. I've always felt very strange due to the fact the trans movement has so much support but what about those who's bodies are doing it naturally and you can't stop it fully.
If anything people such as me should be getting spoken to as our bodies naturally do it. No need for tablets or injections with us. The horrendous pain and memories I have of school and there are people out there wishing this onto themselves. It really doesn't make any sense to me.
The 13yo at olds going through menopause in service of their pursuit of ‘being’ a ‘boy’ have nothing like a regular woman’s menopause as she manages work, aging parents, irritating teens.

If you say you're a man, and you haven't taken the hormones and had the operation, meaning you still have your ovaries. You are not a trans man, you are a transvestite or cross-dresser. The only people that have the right to call themselves 'trans-men' or 'trans-women' are those that have had the full operation! But only 3% of trans-men and trans-women have had the op. So 97% are just transvestites or a cross-dressers!

A couple of key questions to be asked for any illness (including mental illness)
1. Are you eating processed food more than healthy food
2. Are you getting moderate Excercise
3. Are you sleeping properly
4. Do you get natural daylight and spend some time outdoors
5. How much time do you spend on social media.
6. Do you drink alcohol or smoke
Get these right first then add medication if all of the above are addressed first.
Doesn’t cost any money and would probably sort out 90% of the population. If these are all being covered then it’s time to administer medicines and or surgery.

Maybe there is a need for such a book if well done... menopause was awful with vary little warning of what is normal or how to deal with it from society. And society doesn't necessarily recognise or have sympathy. I would sweat so much I had to take a change of clothes out with me and carry a flannel. I'm in two minds about this. On one hand, there is absolutely no reason to include trans men in the book because it's about a subject that trans men are trying to run away from. On the other hand, including trans men in the book serves two purposes; to highlight that trans men are female and also to warn people who are sick of this topic to stay away from there book once it's released.
If the biggest story online is being blocked by Davina, then the Internet is fcuked!
