    Landed a good size queenfish today! Queenfish are sensitive fish and has to be handled carefully and quickly if intending to Catch and Release it. Despite the short fight and a quick release, it took awhile to recover but eventually swam down. Hopefully it survived! We also caught a nice Waigieu Sea Perch at night which we took home to fry.

    I applaud your urgency and effort to release the queeny. 👍🏼
    Very few local anglers would bother cnr, let alone be quick about it.
    Keep it up!! Looking forward to more uploads.

    Hi jive I have a question how to get to that location by walking that time me and my friend wanted to get there from Marina south pier the other side but from our pov it look like we can go there

      Hi, it is possible to walk there from marina south pier if you just follow the breakwater (there is a little road in between) and the shore. We walked here from marina south a couple of times but it is indeed quite far if you are carrying alot of stuff. Another way to get here is from Tanjong Pagar MRT, can check google maps to navigate from there 👍🏻

    Hi,how can you tell if its a good time or a bad time to go fishing, i tried fishing there and caught nothing

      Hi, we honestly don’t know how to tell when is a good or bad time to go fishing. There are a couple of videos online talking about tides, barometric pressure, weather, solunar activity etc but we still feel that fishing is mostly about luck. Going home empty handed from a fishing trip is very normal in Singapore, at least for us hahaha. For us, we just go fishing whenever we are free. But for starters, maybe checking out the tides4fishing website may be a good guide to see which day has high solunar activity! 😎

    Hi im new to fishing and how many days /tries does it take to finally catch a fish?

      @JivesFishing  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, welcome to fishing! Its hard to answer your question because fishing is really about luck, some days are good, some days are bad. It is very unpredictable hahaha. I suggest ti just go fishing with low expectations, and just enjoy the time out there and relax😎
      Hope you catch a fish soon!
