I got a cold air intake already k&N and can feel a little difference but u wnat to keep building on that. I know itl never be a Duramax but its gunna become something! I want to do this intake paid with throttle body and the supperchips tuner

So I just purchased this intake for my 2001 C5 Corvette. I have a BBK 80mm throttle body. Would I have to buy a larger mm throttle body?
The FAST intake manifold takes a minimum 92mm throttle body

What you fail to mention, is that on a stock engine, this overpriced intake manifold doesn't offer the horsepower and torque numbers that you suggest.
