Thanks Wayne! I’ll come around to talking about the Scout more. For now, she runs like a champ. It’s funny because she gets a lot of attention just the way she looks.
Thanks for the video! I’m redoing my ‘65 Scout 80 and changing from bench to bucket seats. It looks like you mounted the seats to the existing seat base? How did you do this? Did you use Rugged Ridge’s seat adapter or something else? Thanks again!
Hi, I cut and rewelded the existing frame. This one is fixed and I mainly designed it for my daughter’s driving position. She has this at the farm and use it to haul horse feed and all kinds of other things.
You can put on a 8 volt battery and your lights will be brighter and the cost of just buying a new battery verses changing it out to a 12 volt on the Scout and you can buy the battery at O’Rielly’s auto parts.
Well, I’ve already stripped and installed a new wiring harness so no issues. I have other projects before I can get to this one. She’s being driven daily as it is. Thanks!
@@toddhulen7740 shoots, I just got rid of the fan motor and ducting since I didn’t need it for Hawaii. I also used the holes to run a new 12 v circuit. Sorry…
Your Daughter will be proud to have that truck. Nice find! Glad to have found your channel.

It's crazy how ur clothing choices kinda go hand in hand with the vehicles u like thanks for videos
Thanks for watching Nathan! Stick around more to come!
Love the old scouts! I had a 62 that someone had shoe horned a 289 Ford “k” code into. Body was absolutely shot. Wish I would have kept it 😢
Thanks Adam! I love this thing and intend to keep her as stock as possible.
Hello from H-town my brother in law lived on the big island. 😊
New subscriber. I truly like the heritage lifestyle: boots, denim, leather goods. When is your next video?
Hey thanks! I just released another one. I'll try to keep up with it and eI hope you enjoy!
Righteous truck!
Right on!! Thanks!
I have a 62 scout project currently torn down. Will be red and white in the end.
Very nice! Save the classics for sure.
Good luck with the build.
Oh yeah, it’ll be fun for sure!
Nice 👍🏾 80
Thank you, she’s a gem!

Do you plan to swap your motor? I would like your 4 cylinder if you do.
Not right now. I’m trying to keep her as stock as possible. My Bronco is too modified and I love having to drive a stock one once in a while.
Do you have any parts for sale? I need a water return pipe.
