I absolutely love this home! The only issue I have with it is how narrow the front door is. If you have a family member in a wheelchair (which I do), it would be impossible to have them over.
There are always ways to get around the specs with a custom home. You can certainly take away a few feet of living space from the front facing rooms to make for a larger entrance.
A lot of these homes seem to be patio-style foundations, which are usually the preferred style of people trying to downsize i.e. retirees. Building it to be wheelchair accessible seems like it would be a no brainer for the builder.

Got to say I loved it for starter family the only thing I have a problem with are these Glassdoor showers where you have the full View of the shower anyone with kids knows they pop out of anywhere that being said I think you all know what I'm talkin about shade the glass door halfway up or some little way accent wall covering up some of mommy and daddy's restroom but it is a great little house and I speak in general for small or big homes

That’s exactly how I want my dream house to look like. Saving this. But being such an elegant simple house, I found the en-suite bathroom a bit too exaggerated. I’d go with a smaller bathroom, single vanity, walk in shouter and toilet. The rest of the space could be a smaller bedroom with access from across the laundry room .

The door being recessed from the outside instead of a long hallway inside is more dangerous than anything else about the door.
Agree the door needs to be at least 36 inches and it needs sidelights. The foyer seems cramped as does the drop zone nd first bathroom. I would flip flip them. I wouldn’t want to come in from the garage and see the bathroom.
Is there a way you can start talking about the type of stone on the countertops? Also the brands of the appliances in the kitchen?

This Home is absolutely Spectacular and very spacious, open and such a great floor plan..The front foyer is really a nice design as you enter the house..the hidden bed for guests bis a great major plus..The design of the house is spectacular... Spacious bedroom's as well...The dining room and the living room together are Immaculate with the big Sleek windows..I love how the kitchen is back to itself with the open concept.. Very Roomy and Spacious with the brightness shining through the window's... Love the laundry Room right before the master bedroom

Gorgeous home if this is just a showcase home and the home next to is another showcase home and not a neighbor because that is way too close for comfort with your windows looking into their windows. Also, the front door should be wider and larger it is too narrow.

Too much of an open living concept. The beds in the bedrooms are each viewable from the more open areas of the home. A real miss. Send the designer back to the drawing board. The great room is quite nice. The office room is nicer than most I have seen. Just can't get over the poor placement of the bedrooms.
All those beautiful windows...which look out at the neighbor's house. ☹
