I also love the flow of the home, and that it has a grand fireplace to add more ambience. This is a great home and I'd buy it now if I could! Lovely.

We live in a 55+ community also with two bedrooms and an office. Love the Murphy bed in the office. We just have to put an air mattress on the floor if we have several guests.

I like the kitchen and how it is separate but still inclusive without being totally open space to the living room. The counter where the sink is I would get the counter a little shorter so no seating and have a slightly raised area Infront so it hide's what is on the counter etc... From those sitting in the living room. This home looks like a good one for me.

Entire Master suite is very nice, I would just get a clear glass window that opens over the tub and the barn style door's on the front room I would get as solid wood especially since can serve as another guest room. The front door I would choose a different one less glass. The dining area Is fantastic. If I wanted to move to Texas and can afford it this house is the Best option so far.
I like the layout. We built a 2123 sf with Diyanni and it feels small compared to this. This house a lot of nice architectural details many homes don’t have built in.
Beautiful home. One thing I’d change is having the sink on the island facing the living room. Dirty dishes will be piled there in full view of anyone coming into your home. I prefer the dish washing area to not be front and center.
Where are you supposed to put the towels and bath mat? No towel bars in either bath, and not a good place to put them in the first. (I wouldn’t hang them by the toilet!) I’m assuming this is built on a concrete slab? I see a lot of trendy things…I wonder how it will hold up over time.
Really great use of a smaller space! Those arches perfectly give separation to the rooms while maintaining an open feel as well. That color in the kitchen was very satisfying as well as that small, but useful pantry with the Lazy Susans. Good home for the 55+ setting or equally good for a career-focused person/couple. The ensuite couldn't be better IMO. Only complaint is that's not a lot of home for half a million dollars.

It does suck. I couldn’t afford a home if I were looking now, and I first bought a home in 1985! The problem is partly because people with a cash buy are getting the homes. My son is dealing with that.
Two thumbs up for this home but it only works if it is on the proper lot. Those beautiful giant windows would not be so beautiful if they are facing your neighbor's looking back at you 10 feet away. Even so. The elevation and details are a smash it. I love this house.

Home is chopped up with all the pillars. They even divide up the counters. Waste of usable space in the home just clean lines is best.
