This house for the win 🎉 🙌 It’s the perfect size and layout. No complaints. Plenty of storage. Just enough space if the family wants to come over and visit, but not too much so they won’t stay too long!😂😂. Thank you for an absolutely fabulous home tour.
when you pt it like tha it makes perfect sense.
Since it's a 55+ community, family can't stay too long anyway, which is a good thing.
The twin corner pantries make so much more sense than corner cabinets. I prefer the visibility to locate things without pulling everything out, the extra storage and the ability to organize it all to the nth.

This is a beautiful home, I especially love the Murphy bed and fireplace in the office space. The one thing I would change is the living room fireplace, the firebox to me should be bigger and I prefer wood burning to gas. I wouldn't live in a specific community or a place where HOA fees are required or where I'm told what I can and can't do with my house and property, some like it, I don't. Again, this is a beautiful home.

These type of homes is actually what I'm looking for as it's just me and my wife, I want a full size basement for the bar and game room and a small gym with a private room for food storage and other things.
This home is absolutely stunning. The layout, the styling, lots of natural light - the choice of floor coverings and tile selection- everything so aesthetically pleasing. Well done!
In England the front room with the fireplace would be called a Snug, the Murphy bed nice addition and like that it's out of the way flush with the wall.

Nice home, also I love that there is no soft close drawers and cabinets. I’m sick of them, they are expensive to replace because when they break there is no repairing them. I love the large refrigerator. A beautiful kitchen, and over all a beautiful home.

I like the overall layout of this, how the kitchen island eating area doesn't feel like it's IN the living room like a lot of houses nowadays. I'd make a few adjustments, I wouldn't need that extra little island in the kitchen and remote the cabinets next to the cooktop and replace it with windows to open it up in there.

This is also a great home for the senior couple who no longer sleep together. My parents haven't shared a bed in years, so this would be a perfect home for them. The pull out bed in the study would be the only option for guests, which they would love not having room for family to stay over long lol.

I don't understand why the room with the Murphy bed doesn't have solid doors or maybe frosted glass. I would be uncomfortable sleeping in a room with see through doors. Maybe I'm shy. The design of this home is lovely. Nice upgrade features, especially the 2nd pantry.

You could definitely just order standard french doors - no glass - for that room. I have a feeling they're not expecting to use it as a guest bedroom very often, so it didn't occur to them when building it.

I absolutely Love this home. Everything. Both bedrooms has their own bathrooms w/ walk in showers is a must. Need's to have handicap toliets. It needs to be in Tennessee. Otherwise fantastic. When my rich uncle gets out of the poor house I'll get it!!!LOL😉

I'm pretty sure it was for Spectacular Home that you did for your last video and this one appears to be for Bloomfield Homes. Nice to look at, but not a good liveable use of space. The slanted wall in the powder room ... try using that toilet and then not bashing your head into the wall trying to get up...especially an older person. The two pantries can go and I would take just one that is more easily accessable. The trim over the front door running into the arch of the niche...tsk,tsk,tsk. Pretty to look at, but the designer never thought about daily living/functionality.
The placement of the return air (on your way to the Master) is ridiculous, it is blocked in part by the "beam" and I can see it slipping out of my hand when I am changing the filter and breaking the light fixture, all while balancing on a ladder. I always vacuum the vent when I change the filter, too. You did say this was a senior community, right?
