    Hi mam, this is very helpful. I request you to make a video on the correct way of preparing curd rice to gain good microbes and B12. There are lots of way people have been making curd rice in a wrong way.

      Use half teaspoon of turmeric powder and half fistful of common rue leaves to make respective kashayas.

      Dr Khadar sir doesn't suggest direct consumption of any leaf for kashaya.

      Its ur wish but maintain a gap of atleast 30min between both.

    3 minutes sufficient for boiling or should be 5 minutes?? as Dr Khadar suggests 5 minutes for every leaves and about 12 15 minutes for fruits ... please suggest 🙏
