I love your opening statement for this video. I’m an aesthetician and I constantly have to differentiate surgical/ advanced procedures from skin care for my clients ONE DOES NOT REPLACE THE OTHER. in the past, I have had clients who have spent unbelievable amounts of money on surgical procedures, but yet do not take care of their skin on a daily basis and still expose their skin to massive amounts of sun. The skin always ends up looking terribly damaged and unhealthy no matter what they spent to have the procedures. Thank you for the education you provide ❤👏🏻

Great customer service ❤
Hi Penny. I was sceptical but purchased the body lotion with the intention of using it on my face. I have type 1 rosacea with mild but persistent redness. I just received my order yesterday. I immediately applied it when I got home. I swear it reduced the redness immediately!! I'm amazed. I will continue to use it. Thank you for introducing me to wonderful products I would never be aware of.

Thank you so much for this video. I used this serum before and I don't know why I stopped using it, probably because there are so many products out there. But, after watching the video on it I will always have it back in my skincare morning and night. I bought mine last night and thank you for the discount...
I’ve been using the Photozyme DNA Repair serum for about 4 months now. It’s almost totally removed an AK I have had for years. A bottle lasts me about 3 months.
Thank you so much for sharing! I would love to share this comment on other socials. Please let me know if that’s ok (I would mark out your name). I think the skin cancer element is so critical! 💙
Penny, you were so right on target with your recommendation with Fade Bright(yes I bought the big bottle and now use it all over) that I pulled the trigger and purchased your favorite DNA Repair Peptide from this video too. My question is this: 1.) You can’t see DNA Repair so how do you know it working? 2.) At what point will you see the benefits of consistent use? Thank you! 🙏🏻
Thank you for sharing, Penn! I agree this is an amazing product! I have been using the facial cream for 6 days and already see some positive changes in my skin. Yesterday I got the daily serum. I can not share my experience yet, but I love the texture! I love the way I feel it on my skin. It melts :) ! Can't wait to see my skin changes after a longer use. Is there anyone to share some experience with the eye cream ? I struggle with a pigmentation, wrinkles ,bags ... I would highly appreciate any comments share on this matter! Thank you girls! Have a fantastic weekend!
I'm 60+, I used to have oily skin but no longer as I age. I am constantly researching ingredients, products etc and I love learning new info from you! As for DNA repair sunscreens, I use the tinted Lightsaver, (which is 1.7 oz for $45). I love the way this feels and looks. It drys slightly matte. It isn't quite enough coverage for me (as a foundation/base) so I then layer with either a dusting of Jane Irredale powder me SPF or Lauara Geller baked powder/base. I also use the Neova DNA repair sunscreen that is NOT tinted. It is very emoilent and spreads well. I will use this when my rosacea is acting up. I let the sunscreen absorb a bit, then use just a touch of MeeBak cica redness cream (rub a dot of it between your fingers, then apply where needed, it goes a long way). A side note about the Neova, It is a 2.5 ounce tube compared to the ISDIN DNA repair sunscreen which is 1.7 ounces and cost about the same, I think around $65. If you don't like alot of makeup, the Meebak cica cream routine and the Lightsaver followed with the powder routine gives you a nice natural finish.
Always love your content! Do you have a video that you share the best facial treatments (ie. peels, lasers, micro needling, etc) for both the price and potential outcomes for us to get from a professional? Biggest bang for your buck type of treatments ...
She has a few micro needle protocol videos and multiple videos on the subjects you mentioned! Search her TH-cam channel! She’s one of the best skincare channels in my opinion! She also offers budget friendly skincare products and tips in many of her videos!
I use to always watch your videos but haven't kept up cuz of life just getting crazy...but let me tell you...GIRL YOU ARE LOOKING AMAZING!!!!!! BEAUTIFUL ❤
Thanks for this video. I forgot that years ago I was using neova dna repair suggested by my esthetician. I didn’t realize what it was doing for me so definitely giving this brand a shot. It’s cheaper than the neova one by quite a bit
Neova is great too! I have tried most of their products. I still personally prefer photozyme (texture, consistency etc) but I have nothing but good things to say about Neova. In fact, funny story, I asked the owner of photozyme about Neova and he had nice things to say too. ❤️
I learned so much from watching this video. Thank you for all of your research and effort that you put into educating us on how to have our best skin. I did purchase the DNA repair serum from Photozyme.
Thanks Penn! I have ordered using your discount. I have several actinic keratosis so I'm excited to see if it helps prevent additional damage or whether it can repair any past damage. I used effudix on my face for one of the AKs and it left redness which is yet to subside 6 months later to it's baseline state. I'm glad it was just a spot and that I didn't use it on my whole face.
Thanks so much Penn! It's greatly appreciated how you simplify this incredible information for your viewers. I recently purchased the DNA repair because you recommended it (which is all I need to hear - I know you've done the testing and checking). I live in Australia, which is probably the melanoma capital of the world unfortunately. So I have been very careful with the sun for the last 20 years...less so in my childhood and early adult years... It was all about getting a tan back then! I will be wearing the DNA cream and sunscreen every day xo thank you❤
I’m so glad you’re here and SO GLAD you take this extra step! The melanoma rates in Auz are incredible! Thank you for your kind words…I try to make these complex subjects a little more fun lol 😊😊
I love your videos! Will you please do one on the laser treatments and surgeries you've had? I love the product videos too but would really appreciate hearing more about the procedures you've done and felt were effective for you, Thanks for all of the wonderful content!
I got a mole With cancerous cells they removed and the dermatologist told me about phototype products from ISIDIN I bought expensive though and he said I have to do it forever! For a few years, I used it but couldn’t afford and I forgot about it, then I watched your video on the night routine and I remembered about the DNA repair!! Thanks, Penny for reminding me! I just bought the omega cream with the discount 🤑 much appreciated 🙏🏼 love you!!
Thanks so much for getting us such a great discount on amazing products! I just placed my order. While I am all about the antiaging, his explaining about preventing skin cancer from developing from previous over exposure to the sun really decided it for me :). About how long did it take you to see that this product is the real deal? BTW, the tops you have worn in the last two videos are so cute.
I really appreciated your review of this topic. I have only used Isdin since skin cancer surgery 4 years ago. I have a BLUE LIGHT treatment once a year, but can have it twice a year due to my skin cancer history. Not sure what the scientific name is for the Blue Light treatment, but highly recommend it! Thank you for always trying to obtain discounts for us! Always looking forward to your next video🥰🥰💕.
I ordered some of the Photozyme DNA Youth Recovery Serum and so far I'm quite pleased with it. I would like to share that I also use the Yeonbisoo Bifida Ferment Lysate 82.47% which is supposed to repair DNA also. It has an excellent ingredient deck and I love the way it makes my skin feel. For those who don't know, Bifida is the main ingredient in Lancome's Génifique and Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Serum. I have also used Isntree and Tocobo bifida, but I believe this one has the best ingredients of the three. I would like to hear your opinion on this product.
Well I just ordered, maybe it will help with hyperpigmentation? Thanks for negotiating the discount. This is big so I hope it's beneficial. I was sure to order now in case they sell out. Thanks again,
Hi Penn! Thank you for a plethora of information! We appreciate your content and education. I wonder if you could address a non surgical way of dealing with drooping eyelids versus the alternative??
Will you be doing an update on the My Alloy M4 estriol cream? I started using it based on your recommendation. I have some questions regarding an issue that may be a side effect of the cream (it also may not be). From the start, my doctor told me that she was not a dermatologist and that I would have to make an appointment with a dermatologist for answers. This is insane. It's My Alloy's product, and they are prescribing it. Now that I do have an issue, I've repeatedly tried to get customer service to put me in contact with a doctor who can help me with the M4. So far, I've been directed straight back to the doc who can't answer questions about it. I'd love to know if your friend is still happy with the cream and the company.
Thank you Penn for this fascinating very informative discussion. My question - Are DNA repair enzymes effective in reversing visible signs of aging? I understand internally benefits do occur. My neck sadly at age 72 is saggy, and crepey. A face/neck lift is affordable but I won’t go under the knife. TY Penn. ❤
Hi Penny! I started using the DNA repair you recommended and just ordered more with the discount you offered ❤️. Question for you how effective are the skin care devices? And would make a video with information? Thank you! 🙏🏼
I just think it's ridiculous how much they charge for their skincare. You cannot convince me that what they charge is reasonable. Seems like every manufacturer/company is out to rip people off these days.
Have you ever thought about how much it costs to do all the research needed to come up with a product which works? On top of that, add the patent cost, the production costs, the marketing costs, etc. I imagine it takes years for a company to make a benefit and since we are in a capitalist society, once the company is finally making a profit, more power to it. Nobody forces you to buy their products😍
The good news is there is great skincare at all price points. I am a huge fan of DNA repair enzymes and as of now there are only a handful of brands that use them. But beyond that ingredient you can easily develop a great routine on a budget. I wasn’t here to convince you about prices, I was sharing education on DNA repair enzymes. In fact, I didn’t even mention a specific brand (or any brand at all) in the video. Hope you learned something Deb.
I totally get your frustration. You’re right. But I think in this particular situation, the DNA enzymes aren’t in many products and maybe should be seen like an otc medicine? I do know the light-activated dna enzymes in sunscreens are dermatologist-recommended and the one I know of besides ISDIN is LightSavior. It’s a little less expensive. I do think Penny is absolutely awesome trying to get us the best discounts. I won’t ever fault anyone who is trying to help people save money. But I just want to validate your frustration too. Even drugstore products are too expensive anymore. Sending understanding hugs. 💜
Hi Penn! Great video and info, as always. My skin issue has always been stubborn hyperpigmentation. Would you say you can visibly notice the fading of hyperpigmentation with using the Photozyme DNA Youth Recovery Serum? You get more beautiful each time I see you! Love this community and learning so much from you! Thanks 💞
I can't speak for Penny, but personally, I've noticed its benefits when used in conjunction with other pigment inhibitors. It gives them an added boost, so to speak, and speeds up results. It's like it's working on a deeper level to enhance the surface brightening that other products can assist with.
Interesting Penny! I am formulating my own skincare line and I recommend you also look into folic acid (vitamin b9) in skincare. It helps repair and prevent DNA damage.
Thanks to your discount I am trying the Photozyme MD DNA Youth Recovery and the Body Complex. Please advise how to best incorporate it into my AM and PM routines. I currently use the following: AM - Maelove Glow Maker, Timeless Coenzyme Q10, then Sunscreen. PM: Maelove Peptide Squad, Timeless Matrixyl Synthe6, alternate b/t Maelove Night Renewer and Agency Tretinoin .1%, followed by Cetaphil Healthy Radiance. I am 55 and share your primary skin concerns. Open to all feedback including eliminating or adding product. Thank you!!
I would use it after your 2 serums - I would wait 5 minutes after Maelove and timeless if you can then youth recovery. At night just after your 2 serums. You can put the DNA repair on THEN your serums as well- I’d still wait 5 before the glow maker (or any vitamin C). Does that help? 💙
@penn.smith.skincare I’ve been waiting for this video! I ordered a bunch bc it’s one thing I’ve not skipped since I started using it about a year ago. I feel like I’m Really doing thing.. should I use it early in the routine or toward the end? I put it on after vit c and retinal .
Hello again, I've ordered the Photozyme DNA Youth Recovery and started using it yesterday. Once again huge thanks for sharing the knowledge and discount code. A question, how do you rate their GFS Plus Night Setum. Looking at the ingredients list, it seems pretty comprehensive and potentially covering many areas which consequently may enable users to have fewer steps and products. I currently use Medik8 Crystal Retinal 20 but will be moving up to 24 soon. Huge thanks again for sharing so much knowledge with us. I'm pretty excited to track my progress.
Again!!! Thanks so much Penn! You’re the best! Just ordered the dna youth serum on authorship…30% discount but they don’t accept your 35% discount at the same time but still a great deal! When do you incorporate the serum in your routine? Before other serums? Thanks again, your research & knowledge is greatly appreciated ❤️😘
Thank you so much for all you do! I bought the Photozyme DNA Repair Serum thanks to you and I love it! I will definitely take advantage of the very generous discount and order a back-up. I'm also interested in the ISDIN sunscreen but I would prefer tinted for the potential blue light protection of the iron oxides. Have you tried that one?
Thank you so much for this video!! I am very excited to receive my order from photozyme that I placed with your AMAZING discount deal that you negotiated! I have to say again how grateful I am for all that you do to research and generously teach to all of us... and for making the ingredients the STAR.... not necessarily the brand / product. Thank you 🙏❤ Although I already purchased 2 of the serums 🙌 ... with no regrets... do you think that the Omega 36 cream is as effective on the face as the serum? I am just looking at the ounces and can't help but wonder if that could be a smart move to get a lot more for the $? Maybe a second purchase while the discount is being offered!?
I love photozyme youth recovery serum. I’ve gone thru 3 bottles so far and the sun damage has faded so much within a year. The sun spots are so much lighter now.
I haven't been here for a while, and I was so surprised to see Penny looking so dramatically different. I hope she shared what she did with viewers along the way even though I missed it. Penny, you look great, but you always did, but to someone who didn't see the progression this change is much more dramatic than looking "rested."
@carlasemancik I don’t 😊 I’ve spoken about things I’ve changed etc but really it’s not my lane in life so I probably won’t be making videos on nutrition or diet. I love to talk about exercise and fitness though but even that isn’t my expertise so I’m hesitant to go there 💙
@PENNSMITHSKINCARE Perhaps, would you feel comfortable sharing the info within the FB group? Last year, I lost over 50 lbs calorie counting. I gained back 13. I'm slowly getting back into the groove again to lose more, but I want to add exercise in. So I'd love to know what you felt did or didn't work for you.
I recently started using this after seeing your video. I am using several other products and wondering if I am way over doing it. I am using Fade Bright and Serum 15 for monthly peeling. I also use a copper serum, tretenoin, a growth serum, this, and alloys estriol. Is this too much??? I am going to maybe cut out the growth serum and use it only the two weeks after a peel:
Penn, for the photolyase enzymes activated by light, what type of light do they need? For example, when I put on my DNA repair in the morning and night in my lit bathroom, is that enough light to activate the enzyme morning and night? Or does it require more light, like when we go outside? If outside light, does that mean we should only wear DNA repair when going outside in the day? Does our sunscreen block the light the phytolase needs? Thank you so much for this valuable information and the discount codes. I'll put my experience with Photozyme in another comment. ❤😊
So the youth recovery (for example) has one light activated DNA RE and 2 of the enzymes that don’t require light. The light they mean is sunlight 😊 So it is a great product for daytime but then also great for night with the other 2 enzymes. Does this make sense? 💙 So the light activated enzyme won’t activate at night, but you have the other 2 going to work 😊
Would you recommend DNA repair serum if you don’t have brown spots? I’m 61, post menopausal- I have lost volume in my skin. I have hollow temples, marionette lines, & nose to mouth lines. I also have reddish cheeks. I thought I might have rosacea but the Dermatologist said I just had extremely sensitive skin. Do you have any skincare product recommendations for me Penny? I have a little bit of everything except DNA repair enzymes. Thank you so much. I learn so much from you. You’re a jewel💎 🙌🩷
This is extremely interesting topic which is going to raise popularity in the upcoming years. I have been looking for alternatives here in the EU because these products are pricey and 30% customs is non negotiatiable over here. I would really appreciate it if you could look into and give us advice on alternatives like Prototype MD in the UK Heliocare in the UK Priori Adaptive skincare Medik8 Advance day ultimate repair ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you Penn for the information! Would you recommend this over EGF or would you recommend both? Trying to balance out costs and not having an overly complicated skincare regimen. All this information/products is honestly overwhelming.
For me personally I would choose DNA repair enzymes over growth factors. But that’s just me- I think that growth factors are amazing- but they are second to DNA repair ❤️
My husband and I have enjoyed the Photozyme DNA Youth Recovery since your last video about it. For me, I was able to tell a significant change in the color of my skin on my chest. I thought I was naturally a light tan there from sun damage and freckles. But after a month of using Photozyme, my fair skin reappeared, and the freckles lightened slightly. I still have a scattering of freckles all over my face, chest, and arms, but they look more like my families genetic natural freckles on top of fair skin. I keep hoping it will remove the freckles too, but they have been resistant. I thought freckles were sun damage even though some of us seem to have them genetically. Are some freckles just pigment differences unrelated to sun damage? Thank you!
I have freckles that will never go away…..and technically they are a result of sun exposure but they are a permanent fixture on my skin. I find (personally) that if my skin all around my freckles looks healthy and vibrant I don’t mind my freckles as much….
Such pretty hair to go with so pretty amazing you! I finally got my Photoenzyme youth serum. How soon after 0.25 and 0.5 can we use the DNA enzymes and Fade Bright? Are DNA Enzymes still effective when applied after serums? I'm considering rotating is applied 1st. Is that a good idea ?
I love rotating the first position. I do feel ok using DNA repair enzymes after serums though, but I wouldn’t use them after moisturizer (obviously). You can use both DNA REs and Fade bright right away after .25 (watch for irritation with the fade bright) and after .5mm the next day (could literally be the next morning) 😊
Transplant patients are high risk for skin cancer. This research and medical reference can be shared with drs to consider to help skin cancer reoccurance management
Hi there! Questions: 1) Please comment on DNA repair enzyme product comparisons, like does percentage matter for efficacy & number of different DNA repair enzymes in a product, 1,2 or 3 types. 2) Do the studies compare sunscreen with DNA repair enzymes in AM vs PM DNA repair enzyme serum/lotion/etc? 3)What are your thoughts on using both sunscreen containing DNA repair enzymes in AM and DNA repair enzyme containing product in PM? 4) Are DNA repair enzymes compatible with retinoids, L-ascorbic acid, glycolic acid, human fibroblast media & copper peptide. I am 56 y.o. scientist and have had an evidenced based skin care routine for the past 26 years. My skin isn't sensitive to combining 10% glycolic acid & retinoids (tretinoin), nor 10% glycolic acid & L-ascorbic acid; so I can tolerate combining quite a bit. Once a week I use Glytone 17.5% on face, neck and decollete but no other actives, in the evening. I use sunscreen and reapply q2hours. Thanks! I appreciate you & your content lots!!
Brianna Stanko has stuff on her channel with the scientist behind Plated, and also Neogenisis. She has Ben Johnson from Osmosis on soon, he has Stem Factor in his product line.
Oneskin uses a *peptide* to help with senescence (when cells stop dividing but don’t actually die). DNA repair *enzymes* repair DNA- specifically sun damage and damage from pollution etc. Both are repairative but work very differently. DNA repair enzymes work quite a bit more quickly (they can speed up healing a sunburn literally overnight).
Thank you for addressing the surgeries. The treatments, the botox, etc.
I can't afford any of those, but I do still try to do the best with my skincare. I really do appreciate that you always give us affordable options and education as to how the items actually work. Thank you for being accessible and honest.❤

My question is this: 1.) You can’t see DNA Repair so how do you know it working? 2.) At what point will you see the benefits of consistent use?
Thank you! 🙏🏻
Just ordered my DNA repair serum. I'm excited to give it a go. Thank you for the discount!❤
I been using this serum since then, I can not live with out it. Thank you Penn !❤
Penn, this is fantastic. I will be 70 in Oct and have pretty good skin, but can use all the help I can get. You're an angel 💕God bless!
Thank you for being here Toni, and happy early birthday! 💙💙
Always love your content!
Do you have a video that you share the best facial treatments (ie. peels, lasers, micro needling, etc) for both the price and potential outcomes for us to get from a professional? Biggest bang for your buck type of treatments ...

I use to always watch your videos but haven't kept up cuz of life just getting crazy...but let me tell you...GIRL YOU ARE LOOKING AMAZING!!!!!! BEAUTIFUL ❤
Thank you so much!! I am so glad you are back!
I finally bought this! What a great sale! Hope it’s amazing, thank you
And I just ordered some of the DNA repair enzyme products that you recommended. Looking forward to using them. 🥰
Really? HERE the Neova is cheaper.. and it has a mildew smell
@@user-cd6xp5lk4cyes, Neova smells terrible that’s why I didn’t buy it again. Ew 🤮
I always appreciate your videos! I love learning about skincare and the science behind it! ❤
Thank you, I appreciate that you’re here (and your kindness!)💙
Thank you for clearing things up.
Thank you for the discount! I ordered the DNA enzyme repair
You are so welcome!
I learned so much from watching this video. Thank you for all of your research and effort that you put into educating us on how to have our best skin. I did purchase the DNA repair serum from Photozyme.
Great video. So informative! Thank you Penn!❤
wow I just saw a video of yours from 10 months aga and you look prettier and younger in this video!
Hi Penny. I ordered the body lotion. Thank you for the great discount. ❤
You know something that I have tested out that seems to reduce redness- a product from the brand Sachi skin called Triphala. Worth looking into 💙
Wow thanks so much will check it out 😁
Thanks so much Penn!
Received my DNA product today (missed the sale😢) but so excited to clean my face and apply product. Thank you Lady
The Dental analogy ---Excellent point!!!
Thank you! 💙💙💙
I love your videos! Will you please do one on the laser treatments and surgeries you've had? I love the product videos too but would really appreciate hearing more about the procedures you've done and felt were effective for you, Thanks for all of the wonderful content!
I have a TH-cam playlist with in-office treatments 😊
I got a mole
With cancerous cells they removed and the dermatologist told me about phototype products from ISIDIN I bought expensive though and he said I have to do it forever! For a few years, I used it but couldn’t afford and I forgot about it, then I watched your video on the night routine and I remembered about the DNA repair!! Thanks, Penny for reminding me! I just bought the omega cream with the discount 🤑 much appreciated 🙏🏼 love you!!
I am so glad you are able to get his back into your routine!
Always beautiful! Always the bestestest videos! Thank you so very much for being honestly you💖💖💖
❤️❤️
Thank you friend
You look fabulous 😍😍gotta get me that dna repair enzyme
Thanks so much for getting us such a great discount on amazing products! I just placed my order. While I am all about the antiaging, his explaining about preventing skin cancer from developing from previous over exposure to the sun really decided it for me :). About how long did it take you to see that this product is the real deal? BTW, the tops you have worn in the last two videos are so cute.
I wish he had created a supplement to take for DNA repair!!❤ Great video!!
What an interesting concept!!

Which Isidin product so you use? Is the blue light therapy an in office procedure?
TY Penn. ❤
I have never heard anyone talk about DNA repair enzymes. Thanks for sharing! Could you please share a video of your makeup routine? Thanks!
Hi Penny! I started using the DNA repair you recommended and just ordered more with the discount you offered ❤️. Question for you how effective are the skin care devices? And would make a video with information? Thank you! 🙏🏼
i want to know what this man uses on his face cuz his skin is glowing for his age!
Been waiting for this 🎉🎉🎉🎉
I just think it's ridiculous how much they charge for their skincare.

Seems amazing.
More effective than retinoids?? His skin is beautiful!
wow you look great!
Hey thank you!
Your hair looks amazing ❤ May I ask where you got that super cute necklace from? I love it ❤️
She always has the prettiest necklaces!
Interesting Penny! I am formulating my own skincare line and I recommend you also look into folic acid (vitamin b9) in skincare. It helps repair and prevent DNA damage.
There is great article on it if you search- personal care magazine formulating anti aging products with folic acid
Thanks Penny for all your hard work❤️. Where does the DNA repair come into the routine? And, is it both morning & night?
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE Thank you!
Will you be doing an update video on the MyAlloy M4 estriol cream?
Hello again, I've ordered the Photozyme DNA Youth Recovery and started using it yesterday. Once again huge thanks for sharing the knowledge and discount code. A question, how do you rate their GFS Plus Night Setum. Looking at the ingredients list, it seems pretty comprehensive and potentially covering many areas which consequently may enable users to have fewer steps and products. I currently use Medik8 Crystal Retinal 20 but will be moving up to 24 soon. Huge thanks again for sharing so much knowledge with us. I'm pretty excited to track my progress.
Penn…you look younger and younger as years pass by ❤❤
Do you recommend using the Revive serum as well, or just one at a time? I’m trying to figure out a solid routine :)
I have tried the tinted version! Its lovely, but it’s a touch dark for me 😑
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE Thank you, I really appreciate your reply! That means that it would be too dark for me as well.
Thank you 🙏❤
Although I already purchased 2 of the serums 🙌 ... with no regrets... do you think that the Omega 36 cream is as effective on the face as the serum? I am just looking at the ounces and can't help but wonder if that could be a smart move to get a lot more for the $? Maybe a second purchase while the discount is being offered!?
I love photozyme youth recovery serum. I’ve gone thru 3 bottles so far and the sun damage has faded so much within a year. The sun spots are so much lighter now.
That’s wonderful!! Thank you for sharing 💙💙💙
Can I ask about how long a bottle lasts using 1 X per day. Thank you!
I haven't been here for a while, and I was so surprised to see Penny looking so dramatically different. I hope she shared what she did with viewers along the way even though I missed it. Penny, you look great, but you always did, but to someone who didn't see the progression this change is much more dramatic than looking "rested."
Why don’t you just watch the videos first, then comment? 🤷🏻♀️
I don’t feel particularly rested lol
But I have lost weight.
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE do you have a video on your weight loss journey??
@carlasemancik I don’t 😊
I’ve spoken about things I’ve changed etc but really it’s not my lane in life so I probably won’t be making videos on nutrition or diet.
The light they mean is sunlight 😊
So it is a great product for daytime but then also great for night with the other 2 enzymes. Does this make sense? 💙
So the light activated enzyme won’t activate at night, but you have the other 2 going to work 😊
Would you recommend DNA repair serum if you don’t have brown spots? I’m 61, post menopausal- I have lost volume in my skin. I have hollow temples, marionette lines, & nose to mouth lines. I also have reddish cheeks. I thought I might have rosacea but the Dermatologist said I just had extremely sensitive skin. Do you have any skincare product recommendations for me Penny? I have a little bit of everything except DNA repair enzymes. Thank you so much. I learn so much from you. You’re a jewel💎 🙌🩷
When you are using the DNA repair do you also still use retinal at night? Thank you! Love your videos.
Yes I still use my retinal- they are fine layered 💙
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE so do you apply this first..or your vit c/ retinol serum.. as this is thicker ?
This is extremely interesting topic which is going to raise popularity in the upcoming years. I have been looking for alternatives here in the EU because these products are pricey and 30% customs is non negotiatiable over here.
I would really appreciate it if you could look into and give us advice on alternatives like
Prototype MD in the UK
Heliocare in the UK
Priori Adaptive skincare
Medik8 Advance day ultimate repair
❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you Penn for the information! Would you recommend this over EGF or would you recommend both? Trying to balance out costs and not having an overly complicated skincare regimen. All this information/products is honestly overwhelming.
For me personally I would choose DNA repair enzymes over growth factors. But that’s just me- I think that growth factors are amazing- but they are second to DNA repair ❤️
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE thank you!
And YAY for noticing change on your chest!! That area is notoriously stubborn!
Holy F*%^! You look amazing! Whatever you are doing keep doing it! Quick ? Would you recommend the repair serum if already using the isden sunscreen?
You could add one at night but the Isdin is EXCELLENT for day time DNA repair!!
@@PENNSMITHSKINCARE Ty for answering. Yep I ordered the serum. :)

Would love to hear your thoughts (or maybe even a video:) on the difference between DNA repair enzymes and exosomes❤
Do you know of the product called Plated with exosomes? Thoughts? Thank you!
Brianna Stanko has stuff on her channel with the scientist behind Plated, and also Neogenisis. She has Ben Johnson from Osmosis on soon, he has Stem Factor in his product line.
Very interesting recap from previous vid (which I viewed), & nice to hv some choices in choosing product/service to begin with! 🌟🌟🌺🪴🫶🏽
Penny - how is this serum different from One Skin technology?
Oneskin uses a *peptide* to help with senescence (when cells stop dividing but don’t actually die).
DNA repair *enzymes* repair DNA- specifically sun damage and damage from pollution etc.
Both are repairative but work very differently.
DNA repair enzymes work quite a bit more quickly (they can speed up healing a sunburn literally overnight).
