Do you have any opinions about the Sihoo M56? I've been eyeing to buy the M57 as well but it's just too expensive for me.
I wanted to thank you for helping me choose my latest chair the T50. I was actually about to buy a Secret Labs chair before your video helped me go a different direction. I actually bought this 2 years ago (saved me about more than 3k compared to the Secret Labs choice) and its still going strong to this day. It's super comfortable and it's helped me sit down for longer periods of time without suffering from back pain.
Edit: I got a red and blue seat cover for my chair. I love them both!

That is a good question. I'm pretty sure you'll find it in a showroom somewhere, just not sure exactly where. People usually order it online. However Try messaging Things We Use. They are th official supplier of the chair in the Philippines. They might be able to help direct you to which of their partners has their chairs on display

Sihoo M57 is so great. I used it in Manila starting 2020, then got another one when I moved to the US last year. Best bang for the buck imo in terms of features and adjustability.

i have my SihooM57 with roller skates for 2 years now :) I'm a big heavy guy and it handles me well.
Quick question, if you switch to rubber wheels aka rollerblades from your factory wheels, are there no cons to this? Such as the base of the wheel breaking if its plastic or bending if its metal. Because the rubber wheels are kind of tall and I think if would put some pressure onto the base.
Thanks to Rafael's M57 review, my back was saved! The roller casters are also fun to roll around while I save our floor

I bought a sihoo m57 because of your review. I've been using the chair for a year and a half now and I have no issues with it. Pretty sturdy and durable. I wish it could just recline a few degrees more and they could have use a better material for the arm rest.
That's exactly what I thought too!! Right on point. Just a little bit more recline and better padding!

I think the reason why it has less reviews than the gaming chair ones is because compared to the gaming chair, it doesn't fit to the taste of younger people who are into gaming. Those younglings who are into gaming have watched a lot of famous youtubers/streamers who are also using gaming chairs thus it makes them want to have the same kind of chairs too.
Us "not so much younger than them" peeps (lol) are way past our "gaming kid phase" and ushered more into a more professional aesthetic rathen than the gaming feels.
Also, shopee reviews aren't really that reliable most especially if there's no actual pictures and videos sent by buyers after a long time using it. Most comments are always about how the product was delivered to them and not mostly about how the product feels after using it, is it functional, would it last etc. I tend to see buyers automatically giving the seller/s 5 stars review ratings after the product has been sent to them without any damages instead of mainly focusing on its functionality and durability.
This is one of the most informative video regarding Ergo chairs i've seen. Thank you, sir! And i agree with you on everything. I've been a user of the Sihoo M57 for 4 yrs already and it still works great til now, i've also referred M57 to my brother who weighs more than 90kg and he loved it to this day. 😄

I bought the Sihoo M57 because of your review as well as from others, apart from building my own gaming and editing PC, it's the second most expensive thing I have spend with my own money, but I have no regrets (I bought the one with built in footrest, and got add on arm rest cushions, padded footrest and casters).
I've switched desk recently, from a small old computer desk to an L-Shaped desk, and the adjustable arm rests really helped with my transition. Apart from proper lumbar support, I think adjustable arm rests are a must, whether or not someone plans to change desks sooner or later.
Not sure if this would be interesting enough, but I would like to see a review for monitor arms that can be ordered online like Lazada or shopee. I recently bought a new monitor, it has decent specs, but the included stand isn't adjustable, and I'm considering getting monitor arms that can support my two monitors (both 24", one from the office, and the new one I bought myself).

How about Lenoble K80. It costs around 7k.
my only problem with chairs is that my legs are always slightly short. if i increase the height of the chair my feet is dangling, if i lower the chair to have a flat feet on the floor - it will not align to the table (for the wrist)
I have the same problem. The best solution is to get a footrest! They are inexpensive and solve your feet dangling problem. Get one which has several positions to be on the safe side. You also don't want it too high.
As a Sir Rafael aficionado, a bonus tip he likes to use is buying things that he'll use for life. That's probably why he has a Herman Miller and a LaZBoy 😛
Naks! I'm glad you remember that I mentioned my sofa brand years ago, Liam Magnaye! I'm still concerned that Blims wasn't truthful about the type of leather of the sofa. :p however it is definitely some level of durable leather as there are no peels yet!!

Would still go with standard table and good ergo chair. Just watch out to make sure they are level with each other.

@@hwsph Siguro my only concern now is what to do with the stock casters. I initially thought of keeping it for "emergency" purposes, but the rubber casters are well-made na malamang maaalikabukan lang tong stocks!😆 Sayang din kasi since the stock ones from my Sihoo are of good quality kahit papano.
I just bought m57. The hand rest is really loose means working perfectly. But wobble a bit. It's annoying. Any one have the experience?
it's not leather but pleather.
Real leather is very durable. More than fabric or mesh.

To me, nothing beats a monobloc chair. Whenever I sit on a foam chair, my buttocks get irritated and start to hurt if I sit for too long.

You say to avoid leather, but leather doesn't peel like "leatherette". Leatherette or Polyurethane PU leather isn't considered a premium material. Leather is. So why avoid leather? (Genuine question from someone who is under the impression that leather looks good and should last)

Indian sitting in the ergodynamic is actually much more comfortable. The mesh of the sihoo hurt after awhile if you Indian sit on it. The max weight the sihooo m57 can handle is 150kg. Pasok ka!
@@hwsph end up buying a sihoo knock off Furnitura F07s which is very similar plus the movable seat and adjustable armrest and tighter knob. I found out that fully mesh chair fits me well as a sweaty guy. ako kasi ung taong mainitan lang konti kala mo tumakbo na ng 50km marathon sa pawis, cons lang nga masakit nga talaga sa balat pag nag indian seat. anyways appreciate all the guides you guys posting. Hoping makabili ako ng parts sainyo someday ^_^

Hindi lahat ng tao pinagpala kagaya mo. Maraming can't afford hindi gaya mo. Kaya marami pa ring bumibili ng mura dahil kapos sa budget.
This is why I also review chairs which cost between P1,000 to P3,000 and recommended the plastic P450 chair (a design copy of a good furniture brand actually but quite sturdy) as better than most chairs which fall within the P1,000 - P5,000 chairs. But thank you for your input and wish you luck and well!
