P.S. Jersey material should be a high grade, smooth breathable cotton. I have jersey cotton sheets. Nowadays, manufacturers substitute cheap fabrics like rayon, viscose, and polyester for the smooth feeling, but real cotton jersey is superior. I am constantly on the lookout!😅

Hi Meredith, the cut of the dress is very flattering to your figure. I always look at the cut so in the future I can find one with a print I love. The Daniel Rainn top is pretty, but I think openness at our neck is important because it is slimming, and draws the eye to our face. The top is boxy, and gives no shape to your body. You and I are shaped alike, and I often know what to decline in my preview because you have tried it on for me! Thanks for sharing your journey and I look forward to your next one!
Sheila, I knew that there was something off about the top, but have not been able to put my finger on it - I think you nailed it!! Thank you so much! I have had a couple of people say that it looked too tight and I assessed it deciding that whatever it was, a looser version woul not help. I think that it is the closed top.

Good morning my favorite utuber ! I agree with you on the dress. If it was a different color it would be perfect for you . I live in Tennessee and if I wore that sweater at night in the summer I would have a heat stroke lol. Love you as always!

When I saw you in that dress, I thought for sure you were going to say you loved it. I thought it was adorable but understand you didn’t love the color. Other than the dress I loved the shorts best. The sweater washed you out and looked too small and the price, what?!?!?! The DR was cute, I always think they are a little pricey. The earrings were ok. Yes I agree I wear shirts longer than my sweater or jacket all the time. Keep the shorts.

When it came in my last box, I was very surprised. The photo did not look remotely flattering… like long on top, extremely short on bottom! The yellow dress is cute, just not right on me. I agree with you on the narrow scope op people that it would be super flattering on!
I loved that green keyhole top! The keyhole, the slit, and the high low hem was a bit confusing to me though, trying to make out which part of it was the front! I loved the yellow
avy combo on that dress as well. Gives me so much to think about for my wardrobe choices for fall coming up!

Hey Lori, my Lulu is such a sweet companion! There was nothing amazing here. I’m considering the shirts and top, but not 100% sold. I will say that Stitch Fix is very consistent with items that I like, but that has a lot to do with the preview.
As far as price goes, I think they are average to high for a style box. I think that Nadine west is low- avg $30/item (generally poor quality) Wantable snd Stitch Fix are next, probably avg $60/item, much higher quality, very consistent. Then Dia and co and DAILYLOOK- both of these average closer to $80/item and often times I can find the exact same brands online for half price. Good quality for the most part, but wildly marked up.

The little short jumpsuit you had on at the beginning was very cute on you. I agree, the dress design was nice but the fabric pattern and color was not. I never wear yellows or oranges. Prices are ridiculous and I can find most of the items at Nordstrom Rack, Marshall’s, TJ Max, Macys etc. I don’t feel these services really do that much. I have never kept 5 items from any of them. I enjoy getting the surprise clothing but have had better luck on my own and saved so much more money.
I hear you on the price! I have probably gotten 30 boxes from different brands and only gotten a quantity discount once - an early Stitch Fix box. I really love receiving and filming these boxes, but I am going to start adding in brands that offer discounts!

You are so right on the sweater! It was too heavy to even consider, but the price did really surprise me! I think if it was a style that I loved, I could consider that price for an item that isn’t synthetic. Lulu is a sweetheart (but the fireworks are making her extra clingy tonight!!)

Boo!! We actually took a group of 13 year olds to see Elemental at the theater tonight and I wore the romper! The girls said that I was awesome- so, high praise if it comes back in stock 🤣🤣. I just looked at my kept items and I don’t see it in any size. It is available in a different floral in. 1X-3X, but I don’t know if it would be as cute on.

Hey, Lulu is a Sheepadoodle (half poodle, half old English sheepdog). We have her shaved to keep her a little cooler. She is the most emotive and joyful dog we have ever had! She is 4 years old, but still acts like a big, loving toddler!

The dress is a beautiful fit on you but I agree that it's not quite right. I think it just has too much yellow for you. If it was more navy it would be stunning on you. see if they have the same dress in a different print!
