    Loved this Brea, I realised I was tightening my jaws throughout the movements, why do you think that may be happening? Thank you

      Glad you loved the video! Tension is tricky and can show up in a variety of ways for people. I can't really say why that's happening for you, but it's common for people to clench their jaw. I would simply bring awareness to it as much as you can and relax your jaw everytime you notice your clenching.
