I like that emulator to control the fan speed. Dont forget some kind of filter for the fan. Ive been amazed at the amount of dirt in the air that this thing sucks up.
Yeah good point. I guess the reason I didn’t mention that is the stock asic fans don’t have any filters either, but yeah they can definitely get dirty after running for a few months
Please help! Is it possible to plug in the 8inch inline without removing the fans. If not, where can i get the chips to remove the fans. I dont care about noise, i just want good cooling.
@@roistin3944 I don’t think the shroud can be mounted on top of the fans. It would waste about 140 watts of power. The airflow of the inline fan would just push the stock fans which both makes the inline fan pointless and also might damage your stock fans. If proper cooling is what you’re worried about I’d recommend watching this video if you haven’t already: th-cam.com/video/D7K9QIAbzD4/w-d-xo.html
@@SebsFinTechChannel I already watched that video and i really liked the idea. However considering i have 40C weather for like 3 hours a day and then 30-35 rest, is it possible to cool using the styrofoam idea?
What you need to do is measure the screws holding the original fans and match those for thread size, then for length subtract the thickness of the fans and add the thickness of the shrouds. Good luck and be careful! 👍 Sounds like a fun project!
Hi Seb, will this work with KS3M as well? Which shroud will work, there are multiple versions? I presume the same inline fan and the controller for KS3Ms? Appreciate your insights, thank you!
It will work, I believe they have a shroud specifically for the KS3M, the same fan works but I’m not sure if the pivitol pleb controller works with iceriver miners. But the regular fan spoofers should work and then you can set the fan speed of the inline fan manually
They are still running but they are definitely not loud. But if you want you can get the shroud kit that also cools the PSU and then you can also unplug the PSU fans 👍
@@ProfilaktiskasLT unplug and works fine. The PSU gets nowhere near as hot as the hash boards so if the online fan is working hard enough to cool the hash boards the PSU should definitely be cold enough
What about push and pull setup or just pulling the air?

Another great video Seb!
Hi Seb. Can we see the temperatures before and after? I'm quite curious if it performs better or worse
Temperatures are the same, it adjusts the fan speed to keep the temps below 70C, just like with the stock fans.
Good job. yes I use a table full of holes as well 👌
Have two of the exact same model. They work amazing...even here in the Florida heat!
Fr?! Even in florida heat?? What are the temps looking like? Inlet outlet
@@roistin3944 50s-60s in and 60s to 70s out
Excellent. Thanks!
Tack! Super bra tips!
Does this work with S19K Pro?
Yes :) Just make sure you get the right kit from Fruition
Can we just spoof fans with braiins OS immersion cooling option to spoof the fans without the hardware?

Links to all products are in the description. I wouldn’t leave the stock fans plugged in. The Fruition kit comes with basic fan emulator chips.
@@SebsFinTechChannel Why shouldnt i keep the stock fans on?

@@roistin3944 well that isn’t the video about my styrofoam setup (only mentions it a little) but more in general asic cooling and different options
Great video. Does the ASIC still shut down if temps reach a dangerous level?
@@brendenflundra_realestate yes 👍
whats the dimensions of the whole thing? thanks
Your links font have the shrouds. Can you send the link
I'm going to silence my ks2 and ks1 and 3D print my own shroud. Do you know what size screws are recommended to attach the shrouds?

my guy ,can i get that 3d model when you done plz?

can this mine saseul?
Does this work on the ks1?
does this system work on k5s pro kaspa miner? maybe on ks1 too? can you tell me?
Yes I believe fruition has kits that fit both of those miners.
