I absolutely hate samsung never again.
100% I didn't know the jammed ADS into your Menu. Anyone wanting to buy Samsung, don't. I was able to block the ads via my firewall but I shouldn't have had to. Best part is, they don't show up in Demo mode while being displayed and happen to pop up a week or two after you've used your TV for a bit.
@@EBackwards also the inability to zoom on smart mode feature. LG can Vizio Can.... Not Samsung. Such crap. Like I said. Samsung products. One and done for me. Motorola makes a way better android phone called the edge+. There is absolutely no reason to buy Samsung anything.

I've suddenly got this problem with an N5300 model from 2018. There are now greyed out entries in Picture Expert Settings for all the HDMI inputs - the TV input still has all the selections. The Picture modes available on HDMI are reduced to only two - Standard and Dynamic. It says the firmware is latest version.
Step by step written directions to correct the great out problem would have been helpful

I have a Samsung TV with a Samsung 5.1 dolby connected with Optical Audio but my EQ option is greyed out. Any help?

First time buying a Samsung and the thing changes the picture mode setting constantly. When I switch HDMI ports it changes picture quality and looks terrible and bright.
But, how do I use the sound Equalizer setting. Can't open it what ever I do.

One of the really annoying things about my Samsung TV is that the "Voice Amplify" feature doesn't work when a sound bar is connected. It's so annoying having to turn up the sound during dialog but then turn it down whenever there are sound effects playing in the movie or whatever. I mean, if I'm paying $1,200 for a Samsung sound bar to accompany my TV, shouldn't I get MORE features, and not LESS?
The sound bar should have a voice amplify feature as well.
Must be different samsung because iv tried everything and when I stream it still makes pitcher a dumb 50 inch on a 65 inch

Yeah, it doesn't fix it for my QN90C. Intelligent mode is off and I still have things greyed out.
Didn't work for me. I have HDR Tone Mapping Greyed out and stuck in Static Mode. Trying to switch to Active Mode but regardless what I tried, it won't remove the Greyed out setting. TV is a 77 inch S90C OLED.
Apparently it depends on what your output is but no matter what I put on, no change
ugh it didn't work for me the intelligent button was already off, I am trying to move the position of the captions on the screen because they keep covering the occasional translations in my police drama thing :-( thanks though

Turning off intelligent mode did nothing to fix the gray out of my Samsung.

Do you have a set top box connected or other device? It's probably in pc mode. Disconnect the hdmi and reconnect. That's how I fixed mine
Thank you @@Cornelius87!! After hours of searching and nothing helping, your comment is the only thing that finally fixed it for me. Somehow, my TV was in PC mode, I switched it back to cable, and I have my TV back. Thank you sir, you should make a video, just saying.
