Factory reset does not work when problem is that TV wont go to sleep mode from art mode when there is no movement. Gargabe software and garbage motion sensor. Don't buy Frame if motion sensoring is must feature.
I have yet to connect my TV to the internet because I never wanted to. As a result, I've never experienced ANY performance issues whatsoever. I just hook up an hdmi to my laptop if I wanted to stream content.
Our frame tv is suddenly powering off and the only way we can turn it back on is to unplug from wall and plug back in It turns off when not in use pretty quickly maybe 10 minutes Any advice ? So no power all day with art then ready to watch and it’s off Thank you!
My Frame randomly switches from streaming service to Samsung TV , than will turn off .. samsung suggested factory reset . this did not work .. maybe you might have some other insight , i would hate to have to purchase a new tv

Mine is having connection or app issues. Hulu and Disney will freeze then the tv says that it has a connection issue

Keep looking around on the Internet and trying solutions. It took me quite a bit of trial and error to fix this.

You could just turn it off when you go to bed or leave the house for extended periods? Saves power too.
Never buying from Samsung again they are awful
