I agree it's not worth upgrading from s23/24, but saying they did nothing different is not fair. The S25 is most definitely a slightly better phone in several ways, and that matters, it's important. If they weren't always improving and polishing very year, I'd stop being a Samsung customer. A faster phone with slightly better display and speakers, it might seem minimal but better is better, I'm all for the polish.
S22U needed an upgrade the very next year. It's terrible in battery, heating, signal, and performance. Couldn't wait to get rid of mine. I traded my S22U in for S23U and it's better in every way with the same great looks.

Brother, the s-pen it's the reason 40% of the people buy the ultra. Most people use it when they get bored and most important for taking pictures. S-pen is the selling point of the ultra

Will keep my S23 Ultra with 12GB Ram, Snapdragon 8 processor, 512GB storage. It does everything I want, feels fast enough, camera is good enough. I think it will only be worthwhile upgrading by the time the Samsung 28 Ultra comes out. Last time I went from the Samsung S9 Ultra to Samsung S23 Ultra which gave me a great technology upgrade experience. I do not clamour for the continual upgrade experience.
S23 Ultra is still a viable and value for money phone. There's no need to buy S24U or S24U unless one wants to burn money. Even the S23U colors are better. So in short I am NOT upgrading my S23U to S25U.
As an S 23 ultra owner, I was so excited to see what S25 ultra will look like. But now I'm disappointed, and I don't feel the need to switch to the S25 ultra. Back in the time when I had S10 lite, which considered a midrange phone close to flagship, the transition was still relevant and noticeable. Minimal improvements compared to S24 Ultra and loads of AI, which I really don't need. It took me a day to change my mind and order S24 Ultra, which I found at a price of about 40% cheaper. I really don't see anything in S25 Ultra that I would pay more for. I can't even believe that there is no difference between the camera sensors of three generations and two classes of phones - S23, S23+, S24, S24+, S25 and S25+. It's a shame for Samsung to lag behind like this, against the backdrop of companies gaining strength and trying to enter into direct competition.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra is better, it has better zoom, it has a better design (it has its own identity), its S-Pen has Bluetooth and if I keep writing how superior in features the Galaxy S23 Ultra is, it would end tomorrow. Samsung is not valuing or listening to its customers, I hope it doesn't have the same fate as Nokia. Samsung did not make significant changes from the Galaxy S23 Ultra to the S24 Ultra, much less from the S24 Ultra to the S25 Ultra, in fact Samsung was raising the price of its devices and removing features.
I've got the s23u and honestly, I'm not seeing a reason to upgrade yet. The s25u seems to be all about AI improvements. That's cool and all, but the specs don't look that different. I'm happy to stick with my current phone for a while longer. It still does everything I need.

I have got the 20 ultra I got the 23 ultra for stability on 100x zoom. It was a bit better not worth the up grade. The phones are standing still no big improvement in apple or andriod
Probably get the s24 U mainly for the anti reflective screen. You won't really notice any difference otherwise imo. Cameras haven't really changed much and the performance/battery life is very good on all 3.
I plan to buy s25 ultra because my S10 has been lagging for at least 6 months. But if you have S24 ultra i dont recommend you to buy S25. Keep your phone until at least 4 years

No, keep the S23 as long as you can imo save some money. Performance upgrades now are pointless, Cameras aren't getting that much better. The anti reflective screen is the best thing about the S24/S25 but it's still not close to being worth $500.
