You need to try Ding Heng Noodles at Downtown East. Has to be the best Bar Chor Mee I have ever eaten. Damn good and very generous with ingredients. Every ingredient is fresh and mostly handmade. The Pork Lard and Liver is built different. Try their $8 Special Bar Chor Mee, got shrimp paste! I recommend Kway Teow as it really brings out the flavour!

bro, this stall I have tried before. mee pok is still the noodle to pick for dry BCM. I will only have the noodle in the location and not packet home as the noodle becomes 1 big lump later which if you add even a little water to loosen the noodle still will lose some springy feeling to the noodle.
Now u really should try Hokkien fried prawn noodle in blk 959 Jurong west street 91. 1 of the best I had so far, even though I had moved away from that area but I will still go back there whenever I had the chance to have the noodle. 1 advice is since u are so shy on the chili, better inform beforehand not to add any chili as has the afterburner effects. where u dispose ur digested water or food u will get a never forget burning effect from those locations.

    Hi Zematte Neo
Thanks for your introduction on Koung's Wantan mee at Geylang Lorong 21 coffee shop.
Agreed that it used to be as good as it was when they were in Geylang Coffeeshop before they moved to Lorong 21 coffee shop.
Their cooking standard are not standardised. Some days good and some days bad. A few of my good friends went to eat at this wan tan mee stall.
But the wait was extra long even though there were no queues. What my friends found out was the competition of takeaways versus dine-in.
Its definately very old school type.

I agree with what Zermatt said. There’s too much meepok thus it’s too dry. Sauce is too little & too spicy. I used to ask for more ketchup & less chilli.

    Hello Zematte Neo
You are a very hearty eater.
This bak chor mee stall you edited on your video are not as good as Teo Kee Mushroom Minced Pork noodle at block 137 Tampines street 11 #01-05.
Operating hours are from Wednesdays to Sundays from 6am to 2pm
    Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Quite a long queue, need to wait at least 30 mins. Or so.
I had eaten this Teo Kee stall is at Tampines street 11 block 137 #01-05 before.
It has slow cooked braised chinese shitake mushrooms, fresh sliced pig liver, sliced pork, minced pork.
Their dried version is not as spicy and oily as the one you ate at Simpang bedok.
I prefered the mee pok soup version as it my prefered taste.
Please go and try Teo Kee Mushroom Minced Pork noodle.
