I used one of these for years until the jog wheel started skipping. The pre-set patches are horrible but you can dial in some really good tones of your own. Cost me £500 back in the day and i absolutely got my moneys worth out of it.

@bleedingfly this one also has a skipping jog wheel. I’m going to see if Deoxit D5 resolves the issue. When I disassembled this one, the jog wheel was full of dust.

I’ve had one for over 25 years, just started using it again. Where can I get a display light for it and can you show me how to install it! Really would appreciate it!

@mannycarmona4200 I will be posting a full disassembly video tonight. I’ll include a clear video on the display part number. It’s hard to source genuine Boss parts, but I’m sure there is an aftermarket replacement display.

@mannycarmona4200 I just posted two new videos of the Boss GT-3. One is a complete disassembly, and one is a close up of the LCD display and model/part numbers and dimensions, so hopefully this will help you find a suitable replacement online. I've purchased replacement displays for keyboards on EBay in the past by searching for the model/part number. You might even just search on EBay for "replacement display for Boss GT-3." That might show some results.
