I adore when Eckhart chuckles to himself. It's a very child-like expression that accompanies it. People that make rude comments about his physical appearance are missing out on so much. He is sharing so much wisdom, calmly and sensibly. It's refreshing to be spiritually fed without someone shouting from the pulpit to come up and get on my knees to beg forgiveness every Sunday, to rinse and repeat. Thank you Mr. Tolle

This is so great Eckhart. My mom sometimes feels guilt for not “being” there for my brother and I growing up. She has accepted it more now. Some from her own presence and acceptance. Some probably from my brother and I telling her she did a good job. While we all have our issues we turned out ok! She was pretty young when she had us. It’s one of the reasons I wanted to wait until I was a little older to have kids. She’s an amazing mother. Amazing nurse. She’s helped countless kids. I am sharing your books/videos in hopes that she come fully forgive herself for anything she’s holding onto or harboring. I hope she watches this!

This helps a lot with the confrontation I recently had with my sister she was complaining how sensitive I was to experiences we had when I was a child. Something triggered her to respond to me like that. All I needed from her was some understanding & compassion and I get a judgement attitude instead.
I'm learning forgiveness from my experience with her when I make a mistake in my judgement as well.

It is so freeing to understand that the people whom did things to you were acting at their level of consciousness. Now that I understand consciousness it is freeing. It’s easy to forgive my parents, for others, for the people that abused me, that caused me to go unconscious because they were unconscious. The reality is that people are running in patterns, repetitive sequences, thoughts, and are trapped. I am free because I woke up. Yes it took an event to wake me but at that moment I realized I’ve been trying to wake up and or was trapped for years. I forgive myself.

Even with this action I have fallen unconscious when my ego buttons get pushed. You have to stop caring about the person at some level which promote better success.

How do I Forgive Myself For Not Being Present? Who is this "I" that is asking to forgive its self, its me, who is this me/ who is this 'I' .... then stop,... like listening for that unfamiliar bird call...SILENCE. remain silent never answer it and chase this erroneous "I' down continually throughout each day..... silence is who we are .... deeper and deeper ............... The 'I' thought is the mischief maker everything is attached to that. (self enquiry)
