Honestly they did a good job at making the villains seem menacing as fuck. Like when Jin fucking killed Rex AT THE BEGINNING OF THE GAME... that really threw me tf off.

This was one of the hardest boss fights in this game. I remember constantly dying and rage quitting to this boss, and once I beat it I was literally almost brought to tears
Weird how you have to win the fight in the gameplay section only to watch our heroes lose anyway

How did no one realize that Akhos was not a blade after the first boss fight against Jin? You se him wielding the same bow as the bow he has before
ACairconditioner I just thought he resonated with another one.
Note how Mikhail’s Core Crystal weapons are pure blue and not red-and-blue. That’s a clever hint of foreshadowing.

She even opens them again later on when you finish the game.
Patrokas weapon in the battle doesn't match her cutscene weapon at all wtf
It changes when she uses Sword Ex Machina, which summons the Weather Changer.
618 actually the weapon is at first glance a megalance but the long handle actually detaches from the blade on the end and becomes the weather changer staff which gets planted n the ground while patroka uses the blade from the weapon like a scimitar

So, akhos has a modified cannon, patroka has a modified spear and Mikhail has modified knuckles.
I can’t fucking wait for the new update.
I thought Akhos had a bow. Anyway, Akhos all day for the update.
London Musgrove well, it is a bow, but the cannon is the closest thing to a bow, so that’s my reasoning.
Ya know how the Aegis and the rest of the main story blades get their own unique weapons? You probably won't obtain Akhos, Patroka, and Mikhail through the story, but they make their impact IN the story. Soooooo.... Maybe they get their own weapons.
mikhail has hand fans and petrokas is more of a halberd. based on the NG+ images, it has a different weapon icon so its a new weapon with new arts and everything. petroka is an attacker and akhos is a healer, so that makes mikhail a tank.
Akhos ended up with a scythe (modified greataxe), patroka has her spear, and Mik got modified twin rings, and is an evasion tank. Neat

i love how jin in cutscene tanks a ray of punishment without a scratch and then casually catches a SACRED ARROW, dispersing the level 4 special with almost no effort whatsoever. strongest blade indeed.

OMG, Malos is the Power Stone, they have the power of destruction and decay and both the stone and his core crystal are purple. So yeah Thanos will make Malos his bitch, because he's gonna take his Core Crystal and put it on his gauntlet.

You could almost say that Jin is faster than the eye.
You know, all my rare blades have really strong core chips, but no mods. Maybe I should look into that.
Not mods, but auxillary cores. I went back to the aux core shop on Tantal to see what aux cores I could buy only to find out that I cannot buy aux cores. I can only refine them. This really upsets me as I sold all my refined and unrefined aux cores.

Just go to the party menu and press “include” on whatever character you want in your party. I think it’s X or something

honestly, the start of this is one of my favorite moments, but jin’s magical-girl-transformation is my least favorite moment. I wouldn’t mind him kicking our asses, but that felt so unnecessary.

Paul Schulze the aegis is different I think, plus that laser would’ve in turn destroyed pyras core crystal
Paul Schulze and also pyra gave half her life force to rex
They only die when their core crystal is damaged/destroyed
@@sebastiandanzig1218 if their Driver dies, they simply return to their Core Crystal. Eventually a new Driver can resonate with it, and the Blade returns with their personality but not their memories. Then there’s Flesh Eaters and Blade Eaters, whose rules are more complex.

This is the hardest fight in the game imo. No other boss came close to how difficult this one was at the time I got to it.

Apparently (I can't confirm since I already beat it), what you're supposed to do is target the Weather Changer staff. Get rid of it so you don't have those annoying elements anymore, then proceed to kill everyone. Patroka then Ahkos, then Mikhail. My friend said he beat them easily this way.
I got em second try. I used my lucky charm: Moràg, and then went after Mikhail first. I simply made use of the evasion ability Moràg possesses. After that, I wailed on Patroka. Finally, my team went for Akhos and took him down, simple.
Jin on the other hand....
Hard Rock & Heavy Metal 24/7 If you aren't already, make sure you're using pouch items that can recharge your arts automatically. Those should help a lot.
Hard Rock & Heavy Metal 24/7 You're obviously not understanding something if you can't beat them at that high of a level. I ended up brute forcing them at level 46 only. So even that's possible.
If you want to just brute force, continually target Patroka until she goes down (switch back to her after Mikhail draws aggro). Once she's down, this fight becomes easy even with the Weather Changer in place.
If you want to use blade combos, you need to get rid of the Weather Changer ASAP.
What the heck am I supposed to do without Pyra/Mythra?? My strongest blade by a longshot.

It actually made the following chapter more fun. Made me not have to rely on mythra and experiment with other blades. Made me love using Zeke.

Cole McCarthy it’s revealed later that their intentions, although valid, are misunderstood. If you beat the game you’ll see
Its Ya MF Boy I know, I beaten it but i wrote the comment right when I finished this respective chapter, so I’m describing how I felt at the time. I just personally thought the game does a good job of showing you their ideals with the information that’s given

Legit sounds like the voice actor was reading a script without context of the scene lol. Same thing happened in chapter 3 when her and Akhos were fighting and she was asking about Malos was trying to destroy humanity. Both of them didn't sound like they were even fighting. What the fuck happened during the voice recording for this game?
Apparently, the voice actors recorded their parts alone... They weren't together when they were recording so that may be the reason why the tone and the delivery is not as good as it should've been.
