- Hey guys it’s Chris fix just kidding I’m doing a motor swap for my hondaacty and this is the part process of removing the EO7 a motor and transmission. I plan on swapping a D16Y8 and a D series all wheel drive transmission please stay tuned for more awesome content.

Nice start. Would be a great swap assuming there isn't gonna end up being a lot of fab work done. I suspect that the D16 is gonna require cutting the bed and the engine sticking out a lot more like the guys who are doing the K swapped one.
Yup you are correct I gotta do a lot of fab and make a box/secret storage over the bed. But what I have planned will be nice and functional.
As a fellow HH series Acty owner I've also considered throwing a D series engine in to replace the E series. What transmission are you going with? I'd love to see how this works out in the future since most people only have done swaps for the HA variants. Keep it up 🙌
I got a euro awd d series transmission. It’s from the hrv in the uk. It’s basically a b series awd trans with a d series bolt pattern. I’ll have to rotate the transfer case for the front dif.
I have a kei van myself and for the past few weeks I’ve been really thinking of doing a engine swap to drive on the highway more comfortably but i don’t know what engine would fit i don’t want to cut the van or have the engine sticking so it will probably be impossible for me
The options are super limited to ev rotary maybe some motorcycle engines. but if you want a bigger engine one thing you could do is lift the van 6” up or more to put what ever engine you want in there. But you’d have to completely redo all the suspension and stuff along with that.
Can you do my 1996 Honda Acty van? 😀

@@rs-wj1sm shoot maybe if I get done with my van I can do others later but I’d have to be top dollar for the build. I wonder how much these specialist shops charge for there Mini Cooper honda swaps?
