Sarah, five hours into your eight -hour meditation on Opening the Heart, a commercial with a screaming man backed up with Jingle Bells woke me out of a very sound sleep and ruined my night. How can that be prevented in the future?
Any time you use your phone at night for a long period of time flip the phone over.. it did have a dark screen for me.. she may have adjusted it I dont know since Im just watching it.. but that goes for anything flip phone over to lessen or diminish the light..
@TheMindfulMovement I really wish you would do meditations without the background music. I Love the content and Sarahs voice, but find it really hard to concentrate /relax due to sensory processing 😔
Chose this long meditation in attempt to avoid being awakened at the 1 hr mark by a blaring ad. Frazzled after sleeping only 2 hours in bed and thought I had time to catch a few hours in a recliner. I fell asleep, but was jolted awake by Sarah after long lull with no voiceover. Was so agitated I turned this off at the 1.5 hour mark and got up feeling jittery.
?After first hour do you talk at all on the 7 hours remaing ? If you do like in some it wakes me up and on some that end ads at end of meditation wake me up
Sorry Sara, I just can’t enjoy this one. I can’t rub my ears with headphones in, and I want to go to sleep so don’t want all the activities. I’ll go back to your other meditations. Can’t win them all !!

Would be so much better if this was black screen, I struggle to sleep with light 🥺

Sara, is there a special purpose for using the sound in the background?
They are singing bowls. We find them to be quite relaxing. Hope you enjoy.
