This is just something that has helped me heal from trauma, so I thought I'd share it. Somatic yoga has been really amazing and it's the easiest "exercise " you'll ever do. I have pretty advanced neuropathy in my hands and feet and I do all the exercises on my bed in less than 20 minutes a day. Just a suggestion. I hope you heal well!

I appreciate that you get how important really slowing down to a halt and still moving slower than life itself is moving usually. There is Magic here. In my world I've come to understand that bounding out of bed sounds like it's productive, yet by slowly coming into form I last longer and napping is less needed. Blessings that this even exists 🎉🎉🎉

@@fr8915 I believe it’s a journey one has to make. For people whose nervous system is sensitive (like mine) it will remain a bit of a concern through out life. But strengthening practices such as pranayama, mindful meditation, body scan and yoga Nidra helped me reset and relax deeply that trained my mind to choose “rest” in the midst of chaos. So to answer your question, it’s a life long practice of small habits that add up to build a great mental health

33 of taking herion/cocaine and i have hiv hep c,copd, ptsd,anexity and very bad depression..i wss takimg up to 30 pills a day but sleep was a distant memory.i am iff heroin 15 years but the oills about 3 months thanks to this.❤❤❤❤

This will be great! I don't seem to be able to hear the background music and have the voice volume at a moderate level. If I turn up the sound to hear the music softly in the background the voice volume is too loud and jarring. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any guidance.

You will pick up the background music subconsciously. Just keep it at low volume. You're not doing anything wrong. The issue is on their side not yours.
This is not for someone who wakes up easily, like me. I woke up every time she had been quiet for a while and then spoke. This is the worst for me. After waking up three times I could not go back to sleep. I need a steady stream of words without pauses, or soft music with no talk. Or complete silence. Otherwise it was great, thank you.

I have bad insomnia. I used to be a good sleeper. I am healing from trauma and abuse. I started crying the moment I turned this on
This is just something that has helped me heal from trauma, so I thought I'd share it. Somatic yoga has been really amazing and it's the easiest "exercise " you'll ever do. I have pretty advanced neuropathy in my hands and feet and I do all the exercises on my bed in less than 20 minutes a day. Just a suggestion. I hope you heal well!
