Actually there is s23 available which has same camera setup as s23+ and also cheaper. Reno 10 pro plus: even though it is expensive it still miss many things. Like no metal frame , still using slow usb 2.0 . Also only 2 major os upgrade .

Having it is a pro for S22+ IP rating: Chinese Units don't have IP rating. The one he is even though is on global ColorOS, the phone hasn't been launched yet. Hence, no info on IP rating. It's most likely going to be IP68 judging from Last year's Reno 8pro OneUI is more polished. Lol. The proper statement would've been "OneUI is more customisable & feature-rich". While oppo reno is great on paper its compromised in the US unless it comes out globally. Can't use 3rd party launchers either.
It's launching in India on 10th July. Hence you can count on it.
