I've use and impress with OPPO Reno & the Find Phones and really very durable and it's camera very sharp for me. OPPO 108 camera definitely more better than Samsung A73 108 camera ya!

I've been using it for a month now and it's a very nice phone the performance is enough for me i can play hrs of codm and the performance won't lag. The only problem is when your editing with alight motion . It lags usually during export

The only thing I see people complaining about is the sd695 but if you think about it, it’s not like the phone looks laggy, or if you’re a hardcore gamer. If you’re in that category you’re probably not the target customer for this phone 😅
Camera??
Having a higher end chip does not mean for gaming needs only, they also can provide longer longevity for the device to support for many yrs to come.
695 limits the video performance of the camera as it's limited to 1080p only. So imagine, having a phone which can take extremely good 4k videos but you cannot just because your SOC doesn't support 4k.

@@lawrencenzewi7264 Reno 8T 5g. It is far better than Xiaomi/Redmi note 11 pro 5g and 11 pro plus 5g. Don't even think of buying Xiaomi phones at that price. You will regret your purchase.
But on a serious note, go with Pixel 6a or Nothing phone 1 or Reno 8 5g or Realme 10 pro plus at that price. They are better options than both Reno 8T and Redmi note 11 pro/pro+

NO! I've had 3 oppos and loved the 2 cheap ones as were great deals. So got one of the more expensive ones and it was lacking compared to other brands in features but one's I didn't care about so was fine. But then they abandoned it so it only got 1 android update, 3 months after its release while still on shelves. So less than a year after I got it, was old and their customer service response was an absolute joke. Will never buy them again. Know Samsung are not angels but at least they update models for 4 years. I liked the pop up cam instead of hold punch and The underscreen finger print scanner was also best I've used. Credit where it's due but the lack of updates was unacceptable, especially as big changers had been made in android with auto and few other features. 1 update, 15 months into it's life would have kept me happy."
Snapdragon 695 can support 8+8 RAM + external memory up to 1TB? Will it lag after 2 years?

This model looks nicer then the Reno 8 to me. Somehow I like slim phone more. Just wish the price is under rm1500 to be more affordable.

@@Mpafanai46 lack of Ultrawide is still acceptable as its giving microlens. From a user perspective, you have higher chances of using the microlens than the UW because that lens is cool. As for 695, that's the only bad side of the phone. Even if it was 730G, it would be great, at least it would give the 4k capabilities.

778 is present in the upper segment. It should at least have Dimensity 1300 or 1080
The least I can accept is Dimensity 900/920. Using sd695 is bullshit especially when it's sister company, Vivo, can provides better chipset at this price.

Personally, if I were to buy a phone at this price range, I would wait for Samsung A54 which should come with a more balanced specs and better software support.
I think this year a series won't be same price as before. Most models of Samsung already increase. At least here in Malaysia la.
@@weikeong3946 Indeed there's a high chance that the price of the A series increase, especially with the rumours that are claiming there won't be any A7x model and the A54 will be the top dog for the A series. But if it's priced around Rm2000 then it's acceptable for me, since the A52s and A53 launched at Rm1899 and Rm1849 respectively.
@@gys792 The A74 surely will go above 2k and A54 might be very close to 2k. And Samsung has been infamous of not using the more popular and widely accepted snapdragon but insist on their own inferior exynos lol. The A53 processor was such a big let down some might even call it a downgrade, despite being newer, from the SD778 found in A52s. At this point the sole reason of going samsung is brand recognition and as you say longer software support. The build quality of samsung isn't any better compared to the chinese offerings in the same price bracket either, the A series has been using plastic all these years. All their budget flagships like the FE editions also used much inferior quality stuff to cut costs.
Frankly I find this Reno 8T quite a rip off too. SD 695 is really not ideal at the selling price of 1.8k. Might as well get a discounted Honor 70 for cheaper, with a good camera sensor IMX800, curved OLED too, and a far superior SD778G+ for better fluidity in the long run. If you don't mind brand recognition, the Poco F4 series is a steal, SD870 256GB for cheaper. At around the same price, the OnePlusNord 2T with Dimensity 1300 is a much more promising choice too.
Imo OPPO and Vivo always release funny products to trick less informed consumers into buying them to boost their earnings. Not to say their flagships are bad, but their lower end offerings just seem funny to me when I dive deeper and compare other products in the market.
@@leontnf6144 Rumour has it that there won't be any A7x line anymore in the future, so yeah I do agree that the A54 will have a price increase since it's the top dog for A series in this case. However, I kinda disagree with you on the SoC issues of A53 because my take is that the A53 is the successor to A52 5G instead of A52s (which was launched due to the chip shortage as per what I've read). So I think it's acceptable although the A53 comes with an Exynos 1280 rather than a Snapdragon SoC. In terms of build material, I do agree with you as me myself also prefer a glass back than a plastic back which is more prone to scratches and feel less premium.
As for the case of Reno8 T, I also think it's priced too expensive when it comes with only a SD695. The same goes for the case of recent Vivo V series. So yeah, if one doesn't care about brand or their software then it's better to go for brands like Xiaomi (Redmi & Poco), OnePlus and Realme which offers better hardware at the same price point. But in my case, I'll still stick with Samsung for now since I do prefer OneUI over other UI, despite the build quality is meh (I'm using A73 btw). Other than that, the only possible brand that I might consider is Realme. I don't really want to get a Xiaomi phone though especially when I'm one of the many users that troubled by software issues during MIUI 11 & MIUI 12. Just my 2 cents.
@@gys792 What's your take on OnePlus? Realme and OnePlus essentially are sons of the OPPO family, OnePlus' OxygenOS is just ColorOS in disguise and no longer what it used to be frankly lol. If you can accept realme perhaps you can accept oneplus too. Nord 2T isn't bad, but if you can stretch your budget more (compared to upcoming A74/54), the upcoming OnePlus 11 is a compelling option. It offers great value, great software longevity (4 years OS and 5 years security patches just like samsung flagships) and comes with reduced pricing compared to the 10th gen. The US base model starts at $699, in the UK it is £729. I reckon it might start at 3099 in malaysia, to be revealed on valentine's day haha. You get a latest flagship grade device with much less plastic and compromises haha.
I hate the camera, especially for taking videos😢 the lighting is crazy bad. I regret buying this phone, my previous oppo phone camera was much better.. not sure what's the problem🥺

Better chipset is superior to better display lmao. Display is useless when potato chipset powering the phone.
Chipset is responsible for higher photo/video resolution. Chipset is everything. The reason why Samsung aint using their own exynos bc it make the camera look trasher than the competitor.
Stronger chipset the longer the phone life will be. Look at apple gadgets.
If you think higher processor is only for gaming, this might make you re think your decision.

Higher megapixels does not result to good picture quality.That 108 megapixels is just for marketing hype.This is n over priced average phone.I will buy Xiaomi Note 13 .
