Here's what they came back with: Testing for Sulfur is not included in the regular oil analysis kits because it is expensive compared to the price of the regular analysis kits. Add-on testing for Sulfur in engine oil is offered but the cost is over $200.00. The lab also assured me that for diesel engine oils, the soot level and viscosity are better indicators than Sulfur level, especially since ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel became predominant.

Is this worth doing on an oil burning engine like the Toyota 2az-fe engine??
