Mine is microwave an oatmeal packet for 2 minutes with water, and add a little almond milk to it. I’m never in a rush, I’m just lazy and I love oatmeal 😂

i buy frozen berries because : 1. they're slightly cheaper 2. they don't go off so you won't have to throw them away after like 3 days 3. they have more nutrients 4.you can buy mixes of multiple fruits of you want so you don't end up buying loads of packets

I’m truly trying to eat healthier. I’m trying to lose a pound or two and I absolutely hate starving. I’ve heard stories of people dying in their sleep due to malnutrition and over exertion of exercise. I don’t want that to happen to me for not eating. The key is to eat right not miss out on eating. Just tried that toast with peanut butter and banana and it's sooo good! It's very fulling and very tasty and I'm one with sweet tooth who can barely eat normal oats Also it's very quick and easy to make. Definetly will do it again in the future as a breakfast!
A pinch of sea salt on top will bring the peanut butter & banana toast to the next level. Really great for those who aren’t a big fan of banana as it will mellow out the flavor and sweetness and bring out more of the peanut butter flavor.

Hi liezl thx for ideas and I have an idea too in the morning u can make an omelette too such as only fried crushed tomatoes in pan for 1 minuets or two and then add egg inside it and solt and black ppr and if u like some good smell vage and in 3 minuets is ready and put on bread and eat!!
I do a smoothie with peanut butter powder and a banana w almond milk and lots of ice and it’s so quick and healthy! Peanut butter gives you lots of protein to keep you full for a long time! And the powder provides protein with reduced fat:)
The smoothie is SO good. I tried it but as I’m not a fan of plain yogurt I used fat free coconut and vanilla yogurt. It tasted incredible. I needed quite a bit of water for my poor straw. Paper straws were never made to handle smoothies! 😂😂😂

5:38 for a healthy yogurt option to you can always use green yogurt or yogurt with more protein in it (I use okios protein yogurt), and it will taste the same in fact it tastes better to me because I like the thicker of the greek yogurt as I feel regular yogurt is too runny for me
Ana G it depends on your diet and nutritional needs, for example if you are used to eat a lot for breakfast you'll probably feel hungry ar even can faint later in the morning on the contrary if you don't usually eat anything for breakfast just smoothie like the one she made can make you feel a little sick but it's just a natural reaction when you change your food intake habits drastically, also it depends on how many meals you eat on a day and the quantity of calories (and proteins, fiber etc.) you need, it's better to ask a dietician or a nutritionist what is better for you, hope this is helpful for you
As long as it’s a large glass and has a good amount of carbs you should be good but make sure you get enough carbs otherwise the effects that Diana listed may come

5:38 for a healthy yogurt option to you can always use green yogurt or yogurt with more protein in it (I use okios protein yogurt), and it will taste the same in fact it tastes better to me because I like the thicker of the greek yogurt as I feel regular yogurt is too runny for me

Peanut butter is rly good and so is milk but they both cause acne which I have trouble with. So if your like me use almond milk and almond butter. 😂

Ana G it depends on your diet and nutritional needs, for example if you are used to eat a lot for breakfast you'll probably feel hungry ar even can faint later in the morning on the contrary if you don't usually eat anything for breakfast just smoothie like the one she made can make you feel a little sick but it's just a natural reaction when you change your food intake habits drastically, also it depends on how many meals you eat on a day and the quantity of calories (and proteins, fiber etc.) you need, it's better to ask a dietician or a nutritionist what is better for you, hope this is helpful for you
