Hi ! Let me first say that your recipes are inspirational for me. I usually never comment on videos I watch but I feel like I could share some tiny tricks m’y French heritage taught me and helped me heaps ! When you put cherry tomatoes and tomato paste in the same dish, it means that you need neither of them : you just need fresh and juicy tomatoes to make a sauce ! Putting the food in a cold pan that will later be warmed up doesn’t make much sense to any cooking person but there’s also a reason behind it : when the pan heats up with the food on it it delivers a latent heat that tends to dehydrate it and make it tasteless as a consequence. Try maybe to mix all your ingredients in a bowl before putting them into the hot pan. Also the meat will be tenderer this way. Also adding water when you don’t use a « pan cover » (sorry I don’t know the English name for that thing you put on top) well it’s necessary to give back to the food the water it lost while cooking in the open air. You’ll find your food more juicy for zero extra calorie. Also, it’ll be way more savory because the salt, pepper and spices/herbs you add for seasoning actually need heat and moisture to deliver its flavor ! Yay ! I hope you’ll enjoy those tips as much as I enjoy your recipes 🤗💋

@@gardenho173 lol your funny. Ofc calories still matter. When you're eating tons of avocados and potatoes and rice you still gonna gain weight. Just because something is healthy doesn't mean it's low calorie.
@@SimsInfoVideo Counting Cal's while eating this healthy is a total waste of time. Like garden ho said most people aren't going to be eating so many avocados that it affects their weight.

I have a personal trainer and I'm trying to lose 50 pounds in 4 months. I was eating the wrong foods and not knowing what to eat makes things harder. However, now that I found your channel I can try out many healthy and tasty dishes! I really like all of the different healthy meals that are also modern. 🐰🌼🐼🐯🐉🌌⭐

I can get like 20 lemons for like $2 where I live! They really brighten a flavor to any dish but when adding a ton it gives a lemony flavor! 😁😊

Great recipes but I'd appreciate it if you mentioned how many calories are in one serving of each meal.
You can easily do that on lots of calorie counting apps. And on some, you can make your own recipe.
