Thanks and looking forward to more lower impact workouts as I am 57 work out regularly but can’t do the hard HIIT workouts I used to do. Do you do HIIT workouts? I do better with those than reps.

I know you inquired about HIIT workouts, I do provide lots of high-energy / low-impact intervals within almost all of the cardio & strength workouts found in the e360 studio.
