    Just joined for monthly subscription. Just love workouts that include booty bands. I see you have some, can’t wait to do. Thanks and looking forward to more lower impact workouts as I am 57 work out regularly but can’t do the hard HIIT workouts I used to do. Do you do HIIT workouts? I do better with those than reps.

      Super excited to have you as a new member of the e360 fam Nadine! 👯‍♀ I love resistance bands as well, they’re great for travel & wonderful tools for helping us activate muscles differently. I’m going to incorporate more mini-band workouts into the online studio soon.
      I know you inquired about HIIT workouts, I do provide lots of high-energy / low-impact intervals within almost all of the cardio & strength workouts found in the e360 studio.
