1cup parboiled rice washed
1 cup split peas soaked
4- 6 cups coconut milk
1 carrot chopped
1/2 red bell pepper chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 stalk celery chopped
1 scallion chopped
2 pimento peppers chopped
1 maggie veggie soup
2 tsp all purpose seasoning
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper

I cooked this dish last week and it was absolutely delicious! My son loves it too... I had burned some garlic, geera seeds, and geera powder to chunkay the kitchri. The coconut milk really brings all those flavors together. Thank you for this recipe; and my oh my your channel has grown soooooo much since your first barfi recipe. Congratulations to you.
