Hello from Oregon! Regulations are through the roof in the US. The sad truth is that this bureaucracy doesn't allow an individual the right to build a natural, organic, cost-effective dwelling. The sad truth is our government will keep it's head firmly in the sand after the fires.
Commercial building with post and beam frames don't need fire suppression. Mortar turns to lava in 15 minutes at 1400*F. A steel beam collapses under its own weight in 15 minutes at 1400*F. A 10 inch round timber takes 3 hours at 1400*F to burn and collapses under its own weight. Glass starts to melt at 1400*F. A 100 yards from wildfire the air can be 1400*F. Droughts happen everywhere. 80 mph winds are no joke.
Good video, as far as windows go, even if your windows don’t crack, radiant heat can set room contents on fire in a room on the opposite side of a window. There are rules “based on fire testing” for window sprinklers that showed that if there is a small obstruction to the total wetting of the window glass “think suction cup decorations” that heat can still start a fire in the room. I vote hobbit houses.
Should have been building with Ultrasonic holography 3D printing instead of trying to use robot printers for homes. Could have got that done decades ago.. "Ultrasound can generate temperatures as hot as the surface of the sun and pressures as great as the bottom of the ocean" Illinois Edu.. Now add that to Warwick university plasma generated Ultrasound + Ultrasonic 3D printing which can be done through walls all public. Ultrasonic resonance to heat perfectly all the way through with perfect nano arrangement.. *Points at poisons you mentioned and points at the Chlorine DNA damage in the tap* Science system on DNA damage: "It does when swimming in it but its fine for you to drink." Hey ! I was watching a clay video and a guy that uses a lot of wild clay for his pottery. He also shows simple ways to fire in your front yard. I immediately thought of your son. th-cam.com/video/77zCU23pq3c/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NMEBbTDmZHryK87i
@@tinyhandsbigdreams well, here’s a kid I watch. I’m willing to bet money that your son would like to watch this. He makes it fun and he experiments and uses real copies of Alchemists clay recipes from 1000 years ago

Very interesting discussion you two♥

Check out the rooftop sprinklers some people have.

Yikes. We're going no-glass in our windows, so I guess even IF we had a fire it wouldn't be a problem!
Hemp bricks.
More waddle, less wood!
Actually, clay brick and clay roof tiles.
Build a kiln and set up to make clay brick and roof tiles.
Yup!
