So this is the genesis of Project Necromancer? Merely to implement Palpatine's essence transference. This no doubt confirms Snoke's beliefs that he saw the rise and fall of the Empire, yet I still remain steadfast that Palpatine was looking for Exegol before Thrawn joined the Empire. It was stated in Empire's End that Palpatine had been searching for the source of the dark side in the Unknown Regions, many scouts and probe droids dispatched with major losses. Only by Thrawn's map was Palpatine's search narrowed and eventually finding Exegol, as well establishing Imperial rule throughout the Unknown Regions by constructing shipyards and facilities in the many worlds of said region. The only reason why Palpatine's clone body was detorating was because it was imperfect by the time of Return of the Jedi and was not ready, hence why Palpatine used the vials of restoration fluid to stop the detoration. Perhaps the Praetorian Guards that severed the Imperial Remnant and the First Order are a result of the genetic machinations that originated from Tantiss and Exegol afterward, as Snoke himself is the result of Palpatine's pursuit of eternal life.
Now that would be amazing if we did see at some point the experiments on Mount Tantiss and the possible clone bodies inside the secured vaulted area. Would we see Palpatine's clones, Snoke's , cloned deformities.. we are getting close to getting some answers..I hope 🙏🙏 great comment 💯
@eedreviews I believe that they said they would get a full m count specimen, meaning that what they saw are just failed clones of Palpatine, one including Snoke. Whatever happens by the end of the Bad Batch, I see Palpatine relocating his cloning experimentations to another location before Exegol is found. Perhaps Ventress returning is a result of said cloning machanations. Look at Jorus C'Baoth in the Legends continuity, a clone of him was made and stationed at Wayland to guard Tantiss. One thinks of what the Imperial Remanent was planning with Project Necromancer, were they planning on creating a actual clone of Palpatine? Or were the Shadow Council privy to Palpatine's survival? Either way, Snoke was sending assets of the First Order to Exegol as part of the final phase of Palpatine's continency.

I think I find Bad Batch is the darkest TV show of all Filoni's Star Wars animated shows because not only it represents Galactic Empire's reign, but it probably shows something sinister, more than just about forsaking the clones and Imperial reign; Hemlock's cruel and sadistic experiment on the clones, as well as Sith and Imperial diabolical project, the Necromancer, so I wonder if both of these are the reason why Bad Batch is darker than Rebels. The dark atmosphere and the lighting remind me of Call of Duty World at War's where it represents the cruel, brutality, and destruction of the Second World War.
