You got that right! Lots more to deliver to them!
What an awesome machine to watch running.Andrew Easton sells such amazing equipment.
Couldn't agree more!
Great video Chris! Have a great day! - Tim
Thanks, you too!
Nice video Chris. Really nice splits with the 4way. Awesome looking firewood. Customers like that will make a dent in slow sales this year. GNI
You got that right! Thanks Larry!
Having a nice shed with a boiler located at one end now that’s convenient. Great video Chris have a great weekend
@@briannelson4493 ya that keeps it dry and no snow covering it up in the winter.
Yup, nice set up!

Good morning Chris and firewood collector's 😊
Morning Robert!
Thanks Mr.Chris!!
Thank you for always watching Harold!!
I like how you slowed down the conveyor. Less wear and tear and still gets the job done.
And 20” pieces not everybody can do. And big splits eveybody don’t have.
Thanks!
Great video!! Glad you could help the Lady with her request!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thanks David!

Glad you enjoyed it, more to come!
Thanks for the cats at the end!
You bet!
That’s a huge storage area😁
Thanks for showing us the cats at dinner time.❤️
Yup, thanks!
Good morning all, thanks Chris!
Hello Kurt, thank you for watching!
Sometimes wood just doesn't want to cooperate. WOW, she has a nice wood shed..
Yup, nice shed for sure!
I'm jealous of all your equipment
Only took me 12 years of selling firewood to get it. Get to work! You can do it too!
Awwww Good Morning Woodhounds!!
Morning!
Excellent work and video Chris only if Bert and Adam were there to help bang bang ‼️✅😮😊❤
Thanks!
You always have good content, but you gotta love a good processor video 👍 It's great you have a customer that appreciates the big pieces
I appreciate that! Thanks!
That's getting it done. Glad the bar came out without breakage.
Yup!
G’morning Chris. Nice Prowcessing Action. That shed makes me want a boiler.
GoodNightIrene.
Yup, it is a great set up...it would give you a reason to cut more wood!
You should get a clam trailer to work in your yard. It would be much easier than the front loader bucket
Good idea!
I tell you what. You've got all the big boy toys. Impressive 😮. Full on production mode. Getting it done with style. If you love what you do, you don't work a day in your life.
Yup, I like everything I do for work in all my jobs. If not I make it fun!
Good morning Chris!!😀😀
Dosen't take very long to make a load with longer nice wood.
Take care buddy!!😀😀💚
Logger Al
You got that right! And the 4 way is easier to make even clean splits too.
2:18 - Kitty paw prints in the wood chips. Now I wonder what they did in there??
Yup, they like to"visit" the saw dust sometimes!
I don't know many people that bother with stacking wood for a boiler. A huge mound under that roof would be just perfect!👍
Yup, tossed in full would still be a lot of wood!
Hey Chris.
I figured out a way to cut your professing time in half... set the TH-cam video playback ho 2X... lol 😆
Yup, that hurts my watch time and my channel but thanks for watching anyway!
Imagine theres 6 ft tall stack of wood in that shed. 😂😂😂 many cords
And that 8 minute mark that is the nicest oak log ever😂😂
Yup, it is a nice shed!
This is awesome!!👍🏻👍🏻GNI
Thanks!
I LOVE the shirt!!
Thanks, I got it from my old best friend Tony, it was a salesman issue shirt for events.
@@InTheWoodyard I’m fairly (extremely) new to selling firewood - I greatly appreciate your videos!
Great job, great video
Thanks!
I love my Axis but I guess a "Sit down " splitter would be ok.😅
Yup, sitting is nice!
Hat's off to the ladies stacking all of that boiler wood! Is it too soon to ask what you charge for high quality boiler wood? GNI
$100 a face cord/ $300 a full cord ...I do not touch it. Process and dump... she bought 32 face cords ...so far.
That's awesome for no handling and hardly any storage time!
Good Morning Chris!!
Hello!
🤘
Thanks!!
Arista-Cats!! little buggers are cute as a button!
Yup!
Great little video took you 26 min drop time , can’t see how it would roll ,went it lock 🔒 down on cutting desk . Got to go to Bjarne butler my logging buddy just hit his million board feet 🦶 timber on the ground and it own July yet . Take care Chris THINK 🤔 SAFETY .
Thanks for watching!
Was wondering if you 2 or 3 sharp chains as spares ready to change out or just sharpen what is on the bar?
It is .404 chain and I can run all day without sharpening it , I do have spares.
👍👍👍
Thanks!!!
Do you split the wood so it's easier for the user to lift and load into the boiler? I'm guessing if it was rounds for a three year period they could go in boilers whole??
I and most all people split wood so that it drys better and burns better (more efficient) and is easier to handle. You can fit way more wood into a boiler if it is smaller than just a couple big massive rounds.Big rounds will burn longer most of the time because they are wet inside and or there is more surface for fire to ignite on it with smaller DRY pieces.
Is that the chainsaw bar have one straight side and one curved? I believe if it's curved it goes towards the log. Could be camera angle. Checking Kenny from Western North Carolina
It is probably just the lens distortion.
Chris, how long do you think it takes to earn back the outlay on the processor?
It all depends on your sales, market area and pricing on the wood. I recommend building up your sales and volume to where you HAVE to produce more than you can before buying a big machine. but with my volume 3-4 years to pay for it.
Ok bar speed adjust but does the chain speed adjust???
Good question ....NO , the chain is always as fast as possible! WIDE OPEN!
Is the boiler wood about as profitable as your other deliveries? Great channel!
More...time wise. I can produce it way faster with much less effort no touching or storing. But the smaller the amount (bundles) the more $$ per stick ...but MUCH more time ...so....
Nice shirt. Where can I get one?
You would have to make it. This was a promo shirt for Fiskars for salesmen from years ago.
"do what ya love and call it work" That is in a CW song do not know the artist or name of song.....😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Yup, good motto!
2 pot show today folks!! yeaaaa
Thanks!
Is there someway I could get in touch with the person that owns the wood boiler I would like to ask questions about the stove.
No. They like privacy.
@@InTheWoodyard I understand thanks.
After watching I know I would never buy a 22mb
okay
Did you offer to stack it for her ?
(For a fee)
Yes I did. They like the exercise.
👍🏻👍🏻👏👏🪵🪓
Thanks!
The Lady with the wood Boiler has the right idea. But if the door to the wood-stove/ wood boiler can fit a 16 inch round then there is no need to split the 16 inch round offering much longer heat. Wood stoves and Boilers are all pretty much doing the job they were meant to do. Offer heat. If by chance they have a wood boiler and they have 12 kids needing to shower before school then I would load the boiler up before the kids wake up with 2 by 2 inch wood knowing it will throw the most heat yet burn faster then gas on a pair of the ex panties. But id a wood stove or wood boiler can hold a 16 inch round it will take hours to burn off. Simple put you can split 12 logs in many little pieces and it will burn off in 2 hours yet you can take 6 logs and put them in whole and it will burn off in 12 hours.
Rounds never dry to the middle. Burning wet wood for a long time is not a goal to aspire to, boilers store heat in the water. Burning dry wood for a short time will create more heat and less creosote.
Big wood in a boiler is not the answer. You still need to be able to handle the wood to get in there without hurting yourself.
yes Yes YES! Lots of wood boiler myths out there!!!
DRY wood and lots of wood volume are what creates the most heat and longer burn time with good damper control on a boiler....big wet wood does slow the burn and causes LESS efficient heat because it has to burn (cook/boil/evaporate) off the moisture. You can fit less wood into a boiler box with bigger pieces than with a variety of sizes to PACK the box full.
in cold weather, below 0°F, I find on a forced draft system the longer the blower is running the more heat is wasted up the chimney trying to burn big wood. In theory why waste heat trying to warm up cold air, split the wood and give the fire more surface area to burn hotter and faster eliminating some of the cold air blowing the flame and going out the chimney.
Chris good time to put want you call big logs threw 22MB for boiler wood 🪵. Them don’t have to waste time resplit it buddy . Nice little wood shed 20’x50’ if it had a 8’ wall be around 67.2 cords of premium firewood 🪵. See logfather firewood with there processor put out a cord in 21min , Andrew at EASTONMADE was 17 min , buckin firewood 12.8 min , hard working man 23 min . You got 40 yrs below your belt in firewood, now with 22MB EASTONMADE should top there min in a processor a cord of firewood 🪵. 😊
Maybe so??
Oak farm firewood 🪵 done ✔️ a cord in 4 firewood bags at under 15 min . What I see Oak put out the clean , and split premium firewood 🪵. Got best set up 🔝 on U tube and big warehouse for his firewood 🪵 to go into . Plus sell his firewood 🪵 into semi load split and kiln dry . Beautiful set up 🔝 for firewood 🪵. 😊
Must be full time, I just play at it.
