Adam, that’s a really nice building… I’m jealous 🤣 For posterity, if you haven’t already thought of it, I would suggest that you make a sign to hang inside the building that lists the date of completion and the builder’s name. That way your kids and grandkids will always know when you invested in their future!! 👍
Adam, that is a hell of a nice structure. Was glad to hear that you were putting up gutters and downspouts. I know others have made a mistake of not doing that and then had to go back and retrofit everything. Anyway, stay safe healthy and cool. Bill H from Cranberry Township
Nice build for sure! I would definitely get garage doors when budget allows. You can always leave your doors open if you need a bit more space but it’s damn hard to close doors if you don’t have them
When you started your channel just a few years ago you likely never would of never imagined having such a nice building. You have made incredible progress and we, your viewers, have thoroughly enjoyed watching your journey! Well done Adam! I personally enjoy every new video. God bless you and your family!
The building turned out great. Not, that crew needs any more advertising, but this series of videos certainly makes for a great testimonial for the builder. Looking forward to seeing how the equipment gets laid out.
Hi Adam, I’m so impressed with this work crew! Not because they were so quick but worked so well together it was awesome to watch them get it all done the way they did and it was a plus they got it done so quickly. Have a great day.
sweet building. It is going to be nice to see the end product with lighting and gravel in place. One thing about building space... if you have it, you will eventually fill it. Congrats. nice building.
Love how he's 15ft up or whatever woth that circular saw cutting away and gets it exactly precise without even putting his other hand down for support. That's skills.
outstsnding building . i wonder if the trailer was in dump position . would all fit . as you are missing very little . all the very best . we wish you great health
Great looking building Adam. I would consider concrete where your putting the mill for stability and ease of clean-up especially if you plan any lumber storage in that bay. I think you said bay is 24x40 with 5" concrete = about 15 yards
Thank you Adam , I've enjoyed watching them work on the Equipment Building what a fabulous job I shall enjoy watching you making it a finished building
The speed and efficiency of this build was very impressive. Unfortunately they cut a bunch of corners of safety, so I'm not sure that it's sustainable unless you have a fresh crop of young, efficient workers to replace injured ones.
I've been thinking this the whole series of videos. No fall protection what-so-ever and only limited use of a scissor lift. These guys do excellent work but there's no way in heck that I'd insure them. Anyways, congratulations Adam!
Awesome building Adam! You definitely want doors on there. Keep the weather out and keep the birds from nesting in there. Just angle your trailer if you want to leave it hooked up. Take care!
Hi Adam. Love the channel. Thank you. Would you consider parking the truck and trailer in the lean-to. Drive straight in through one side and out the other
The only way that could be nicer is if they built that at my wood yard.. looks great my friend, looking forward to seeing the completion and cost breakdown of this project..
Awesome building. A dream shop for sure. Congrats!! Awesome crew. They get things done and are very good at their craft. Very simplistic no fancy machine’s just good hard labor and skills that set them apart. Will have to look them up if we ever get our building plans and site ready. Thanks for the videos. Dave.
They really did some nice work 😊 Just thinking about cleaning up if you put gravel where you want to put the Saw Milling Machine, it will make it harder to clean the floor.
Looks Great! I like that you left the open end to the house. Any plans to do a follow up video on analyzing the costs of the build? I always enjoy the details, you do a great job with them.
Nice job on the fabric under the steel no moisture drips lot of people skip that and think the roof leeks when it is just sweating on the under side of steel
I had to smile at your truck sticking out a little bit, hooked up to your dump trailer. If you would have only made it 42 ft deep, it would have fit. Isn't that always the problem, a shed is never quite big enough, hahaha. Love your videos, especially building things like this. I can't wait to see how you use it.
Yaaayyy!! Great video & great editing, but I could have watched those guys in regular speed!! They work so well together - so talented & professional!! That is a great company - well run!! There's so much more fun stuff to watch - can't wait. God bless y'all!! 👍🙏🥰
The new building looks amazing mate. I was wondering if you are planning on utilising Solar Energy to do your lighting and power needs in general! Reason I asked is that roof seems to get a ton of sun and a solar system would make it completely off grid and self sufficient. Either way it looks great and I hope you enjoy a dry place to do all your splitting as well as a great place to help get your firewood dry and seasoned, especially with the breeze that the back edge will be able to utilise 😊.
Use the walls and pallet racking for wood beam, posts, hardwoods and slabs. Edison motors utube channel sells and designs ev conversion kits for trucks. Also train you to convert it. 4 weeks bc canada. Truck with new cat generator dot pass, 250 kw battery bank and ev axels also powers the new building vs running electric. Edison are bush off grid solar generator experts. They make a 30' solar light tower on a trailer to plug a roof array into. Heck of a camping power plant.
Beautiful building Adam, I guess you could have made it a bit deeper to keep the truck and trailer connected but than again how often are you going to do that. It looks fantastic and you will most definitely enjoy this building for years to come. God bless you
You even have the height for a loft for storage, I have a 54 x 82 bldg and a 16 x 30 loft in one corner and adding another. I would have opted for the little over head door in the end you talked about, still a very nice building.
ADAM!!! That building is absolutely stunning!! You’ve done well!! May I ask the total cost (if you had to purchase all the trusses) of the building ? Have a day
@daveklein2826 "Out of the back of a van" is something guys I worked with would say to indicate a deal that may not have been entirely in the up and up. Like, "it fell off a truck."
Looks great! my only concern is the open ceiling is the invite for birds and other little critters. Garage doors either manual or electric is mandatory. In my view anyway....👍
My ex-father-in-law did the same thing as you. Bought a building and had it built,,,THEN tried to fit all his stuff in it. If he(we) had taken the time to mock up all the stuff he wanted to put in it, if he had built the building 2 to 3 feet deeper, it would have worked flawlessly. As it was, he had to leave something outside. Huge difference in his case, budget wasn't an issue.
Not sure your final plans but those open trusses in my experience make the building one large bird house. Lol. I have a lean to with open trusses and those birds poop on everything!
Hey there Adam, I have a quick question for you about your build. The posts holding up your pole barn, are they solid posts as in like a 6"x6" or where they laminated 2x6 or some other combination of lumber?
I recently had one built, 30x40 from a different PA company and they did an awful job, IMO. I have an attic area and these guys did a far better job than the amish crew i had.
Adam, that’s a really nice building… I’m jealous 🤣 For posterity, if you haven’t already thought of it, I would suggest that you make a sign to hang inside the building that lists the date of completion and the builder’s name. And they rested on the7th day……really enjoyed the coverage of your build, I’d call them in a min. Thanks !
You can always leave your doors open if you need a bit more space but it’s damn hard to close doors if you don’t have them
The possibilities of uses for all that space is endless. Wonderful building built by a great crew.
Very impressive!
They need to pay you for advertising, these are great advertisements for them!
Looks great! Those contractors do excellent work.
When you started your channel just a few years ago you likely never would of never imagined having such a nice building.
You have made incredible progress and we, your viewers, have thoroughly enjoyed watching your journey!
Well done Adam! I personally enjoy every new video. God bless you and your family!
Wow thank you so much. It’s nice having people cheering you on
That's going to be a game changer for your firewood business, Adam!
The building turned out great. Not, that crew needs any more advertising, but this series of videos certainly makes for a great testimonial for the builder. Looking forward to seeing how the equipment gets laid out.
Very nice addition to the homestead, I’m sure you will put it to good use.
“The nose of the truck just sticks out…” shoulda gone 2ft bigger 😆. Looks amazing. Well done. You will enjoy all that space!
Missed it by THAT much 😅
Great series! Crew did an awesome job! Beautiful building! Can’t wait to see what the plans are
Beautiful looking building, congratulations.
Thank you very much!
Good morning Adam, The building looks great! They did a really good job putting it together.
It's a great piece of work
Came out nice.
looks fabulous
Hi Adam, I’m so impressed with this work crew! Not because they were so quick but worked so well together it was awesome to watch them get it all done the way they did and it was a plus they got it done so quickly. Have a great day.
Glad you enjoyed it!
hi there looks real nice , best to all john
Really a nice looking building. I like the color combo too.
nice building you will have it filled up fast if you putevery thing in it. you can put truck and trailer undershed part. take care, be safe and well.
Gorgeous building, can’t wait to see how the setup goes
sweet building. It is going to be nice to see the end product with lighting and gravel in place. One thing about building space... if you have it, you will eventually fill it. Congrats. nice building.
Good point!
Thanks Adam. Nice Rain Water catchment for the pond...
Love how he's 15ft up or whatever woth that circular saw cutting away and gets it exactly precise without even putting his other hand down for support. That's skills.
That is a very nice building. Lots of storage space.
It sure is
awesome setup
Don't worry you will find out later you built it to "SMALL". You can't build it big enough most of the time. Great looking building.
That is a beautiful building! The project has been fun to watch. The crew was hard working and worked as a well oiled machine.
outstsnding building . i wonder if the trailer was in dump position . would all fit . as you are missing very little . all the very best . we wish you great health
Great looking building Adam. I would consider concrete where your putting the mill for stability and ease of clean-up especially if you plan any lumber storage in that bay. I think you said bay is 24x40 with 5" concrete = about 15 yards
I like the layout. Gives me some ideas.
You said it! The fit and finish is outstanding! 👍
Thank you Adam ,
I've enjoyed watching them work on the Equipment Building what a fabulous job I shall enjoy watching you making it a finished building
Thanks 👍
The birds are gonna turn those trusses into a bang shack.
The speed and efficiency of this build was very impressive. Unfortunately they cut a bunch of corners of safety, so I'm not sure that it's sustainable unless you have a fresh crop of young, efficient workers to replace injured ones.

It's a really nice building
Wow Adam, so many possibilities! It’s huge! Enjoy!
Hi Adam. Love the channel. Thank you. Would you consider parking the truck and trailer in the lean-to. Drive straight in through one side and out the other
One side has a hill on it so it is not drive through unfortunately
NICE JOB BOYZ!
Nice addition to the property - needed for the future. Stay safe.
That’s a really nice shop. Know y’all enjoy, and have many years of use.
The only way that could be nicer is if they built that at my wood yard.. looks great my friend, looking forward to seeing the completion and cost breakdown of this project..
Idea for your next project Adam
Rainwater catchment system, with an overflow into your pond
Awesome building. A dream shop for sure. Congrats!! Awesome crew. They get things done and are very good at their craft. Very simplistic no fancy machine’s just good hard labor and skills that set them apart. Will have to look them up if we ever get our building plans and site ready. Thanks for the videos. Dave.
We agree!
You could back the trailer in at an angle and still close the garage door.
They really did some nice work 😊
Just thinking about cleaning up if you put gravel where you want to put the Saw Milling Machine, it will make it harder to clean the floor.
Looks great Adam. Now lets get a pond update !🎉
Looks Great! I like that you left the open end to the house. Any plans to do a follow up video on analyzing the costs of the build? I always enjoy the details, you do a great job with them.
Yes probably
Nice job on the fabric under the steel no moisture drips lot of people skip that and think the roof leeks when it is just sweating on the under side of steel
#1 great job
perfect roof for solar panels

That’s the way it goes haha
That turned out really nice.

Thanks so much!!
Thanks for sharing!
Great video. I'm excited for you.
The man door looks tiny on that beast! Great job by the crew.
Nice building , hard working crew .
That pole barn turned out awesome looking. Wish the builders where closer to me as I would consider using them for the pole barn I want to build.
Do you have Amish around?
I’m sure you’ll find an angle to park the truck and trailer that everything is inside! Looks great!
Congratulations, Adam. 👍
The natural evolution of the building will be garage doors, cement floor, electrical, heat..,
I had to Google cupelo
Looks like a great spot for the firewood processor and axis if you can manage the mess
Looks awqsome Adm! Andrew Camarata used 14' oll up doors when He enclosed a storege buildinng.
Well done!

I think we will do a bit of solar
NIce building looks great !!!
Thanks!

Seamless gutters out of the back of a van SOUNDS sketchy, but it's not...
🙂
Doesn't sound sketchy at all
@daveklein2826 "Out of the back of a van" is something guys I worked with would say to indicate a deal that may not have been entirely in the up and up. Like, "it fell off a truck."
Haha I meant to say out of the back of a box truck, not really a van. Same company that did my gutters on the garage addition.
Awesome build 😊 Good video series
Looks great! my only concern is the open ceiling is the invite for birds and other little critters. Garage doors either manual or electric is mandatory. In my view anyway....👍
Whenever I think of the pole barns at my grandparents farm, I instantly remember all the pigeons hanging out up there lol.
You got a really nice building and they really work well, but safety is not an issue with them, in my book that’s a no no.
Looking good
Those guys riding on the skid steer bucket makes me nervous. Nice building
It is significant, and now that you have it built, is it big enough?
Nice!
My ex-father-in-law did the same thing as you.

Yeah I was a.ready starting with 11free trusses that were 40ft so that’s what we were going with
Looks GREAT!! How much it cost total including labor?
My only thought is that they dry poured the poles. Did they wet the concrete?
👍👍😎✌️🤟
Really nice Adam. What’s the plan for flooring for both inside and under lean to?
Gravel. He said so in the video.
That crew did a really nice job. Very impressive. Did you offer them any Halloween candy?
That’s the only currency I use
Not sure your final plans but those open trusses in my experience make the building one large bird house. Lol. I have a lean to with open trusses and those birds poop on everything!
Dear Adam!
Will it be concreted in or around the building?
Nick
I wouldn't overpack that building... it's big, but its not THAT big.
Nice looking building. I don't recall but, did you ever mention a total cost of this building?
Not yet. I will likely do a total build video start to finish and discuss the cost at the end of the
Hey there Adam, I have a quick question for you about your build. The posts holding up your pole barn, are they solid posts as in like a 6"x6" or where they laminated 2x6 or some other combination of lumber?
Niiiiice
what was the total cost? did you need a loan? Are you going to put in ceilings and cement flooring?
I recently had one built, 30x40 from a different PA company and they did an awful job, IMO. I have an attic area and these guys did a far better job than the amish crew i had.
No doors? Then need a overhang.
And the miracle is no one died during construction
