Nobody owns the car but Ford. During filming ot wasn't even available yet in the states. Ford was messing around if people from there can play around their GT350R. The exact same car that ran at Good Wood Festival speed.

+Sainex Jdm fan as well, same goal too! lol I think it's great that mustang went more sports car as opposed to their muscle car ways in the past. don't get me wrong, muscle cars are bad ass, but ditching the solid rear axle and making that beautiful creature of a car rev to 8000 (plus the exhaust, sounds sportier) are the greatest evolutions this car has seen yet

Patrick94GSR Get the EcoBoost then. There are upgrade kits you can get to add quite a bit of horsepower and a lot more torque for it for not much money. And it still gets great mileage.

I grew up in Dearborn Michigan,hometown of Henry Ford and Ford World Headquarters, and retired from Ford. "M" plates are on cars are everywhere around here,and yes that is BADASS. The Mustang's are built in Flatrock, south of Dearborn. Mustangs were built at the Rouge Plant in Dearborn,but now it's the Dearborn Truck Plant where the F 150's are built. They still offer public tours of DTP.
I love Ford and I love Shelby. I grew up loving them and love the heritage the GT350 carries. So glad to see that people from other countries with "superior" manufactures are actually interested in American cars.

The new Shelby GT350 is spectacular, the flat plane crank V8 and MagneRide handling is leagues ahead of cars 3 times the price. The car can endure track day after track day that's what it's built for. It pulls faster lap times than the Porsche GT4 and the new AMG GTS and took 2016 Performance Car of the Year. Great times.

JPlaysMC This is not the GT, it's the 2015 GT350R. It is considerably rare anywhere.
The GT350R is one monster machine. It's one thing to build a mustang with more than 550 plus horsepower and anyone can do it. But to do it with such prestige and legacy like Ford has for the past 51 years, nothing comes close. The amount of work and dedication that goes into each mustang weather it's a base production model, a special edition masterpiece, or a performance monster that's not afraid to throw down against the biggest names in the industry.
Some people can really live their dream. The guy just got a Gallardo, has a 2015 brand new Audi A1 as a city car and is already thinking about getting a GT350R as his daily driver. Don't know if he was really serious about getting one, but it wouldn't surprise me if he bought one in a foreseeable future. Cool video anyway!

So nice to see a non-American actually interested in an American car and not just slandering it. Maybe this is more common and I'm just naive and only get my opinion that Europeans hate American cars from Top Gear. But it's refreshing. I have a 2015 GT premium with a track package, then supercharged under warranty. This way you get everything this has but you don't have to give up the luxuries and it's a little less costly in the end and makes about 50 more hp.

my brother just got the 2015 mustang GT.
He put custom roush quad tip Exhaust. My god we spent a few hours scaring people at public places. We were stopped by the sheriff when he was doing burnouts. Instead of getting a ticket the sheriff was checking out the car talking to us about his classic restoration of the 1965 fastback

1 your car must be quiet. And 2 it's a flat plane crank you get a higher pitched nascar style sound. It is not rasp...
My car is definitely not quiet lol. Invidia exhausts are known for their deep, loud exhaust sounds, which goes amazingly with the VQ engine. Also, microphones don't create rasp. As bad as they can get, they'll just not be able to pickup the high pitch and it will be distorted and muffled when you play back the video. Yes, flat plane cranks are loud AF, but at the end of the day, it's an exhaust system that creates rasp.

The funny point is the exhaust is tapered off at the muffler. Up to the muffler there is a 3inch pipe. wait until people start modifying it to be 3inch all the way through

I have a 5.0L 1984 Full-Size Bronco that I ran with open headers... had to yell to talk over it. I could put that 'Stang to shame, but it'd give the shame right back if we went on the drag strip, as the top speed listed on the Bronco is 85 MPH
If you like these cars you should visit Oxford, Michigan. This is where you will see several of these cars on a daily basis and just down the street the Copo Camaros are built.
